While every effort is made to match some employess to positions unDer civil service law
there are certain positions where employees have failed to pass tests and remain employed in a position for more than one year
worse yet the union leadership is assisting these individuals aquire promotions without proper the testing requirements
so instead of being qualified for a job in rotterdam, you just need to be TOOOOOOOOO BUSY doing work you recieve a stipend for(double dipping $25/hr), or just claim you CARE

this is not about chosen few......this is about the ethics of people in government......if I chose to defend past Admin.....well ...a lot is not known by all.....the rumors are ramp-id...and the truth is not accepted.....the same ol' rhetoric is spoken....and no one stands up for the truth....and when you do....it;s like being at the guillotine...this is 2013....change is needed.....but in this Town.....no one really wants it....just whine and complain.....and carry on like elementary school children.....
by saying....benefit for dire straits employee has added to the so-called ethics of this government...and now a position and a test has/had to be taken......has all of them taken a test for their positions....is

heard in the donut shop that the cook needs to take a test.....can't pass it...but has the job anyway.....probation??? that's what this government needs.....and then impeachment of the whole bunch.....they they can;'t do the job right and transparent......
you need to understand..... people who chose to be up front were put down and treated without respect.....so believe what you want to and accept the corrupt government that has been in this town for too
many years.....There is discrimination in the belief that one ethnic group can run the government......
there has never been diversity and the right people standing up .......
