Each person is obligated to assess each and every law for constitutionality.
Each person has the right to not obey any unconstitutional law, as defined by themselves.
Arresting a person for breaking an unconstitutional law is a serious offense and may be met with deadly force.
Good. I just decided it is my constitutional right to pop a cap in L4Life's @ss. DUHHHH! Ridiculous and you know it. A waste of time and effort.

Yes Henry... You decide what is constitutional... maybe in your own kingdom, but not here in the USA. (Thank God For That).
.)
Sure I do and you do to, I don't have to obey laws just like you don't have to, laws never stopped people from breaking them, people just decide which ones they wish to follow. The way I see it a victimless crime is no crime at all.

The Supreme Court does not define constitutionality of any law. It merely makes a decision as to the constitutionality of the case presented to them.
Then go buy a machine gun and tell the supreme court that you can... I'll be laughing when they haul your butt to jail... and after the psych evaluation... I doubt you'll ever get out.

LET US GRABBERS??? This is the USA... Libertarians are a tiny fraction of a tiny segment of the fringe in this country. Libertarians spew their views and (thank the Constitution) they have no real power... and thank the Police and the Military that their coming insurrection that some on this board are planning will be put down, hopefully quickly, and with as little loss of life as possible.
A waste of time and effort.
Poor box wanting the government to crush people for verbal dissent, Stalin would be proud of you

You know full well the elite are the only ones allowed to have a machine gun.
Your argument starts out a failure by asserting that I believe that machine gun laws should be ignored.

Nope you would be infringing on his rights and there would be a victim of your actions.

Huh? Obama decided it is his constitutional right to take away the constitutional right of due process of the person of his choice. So yes, in a country "of the people,by the people, and for people"(I laugh when I type that because it came from a president that suspended habeas corpus and slaughters hundreds of thousands of American "people" that wanted to peacefully succeed), the president of "The People" has decided who the Constitution apply's to.

you are definitely a military follower.....the only liberty you want is the one they tell you that you can have
...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......
The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

That's the problem with the left they believe rights come from our government, even worst is they believe the majority can strip the rights of the minority if they feel it is in "their interest" to do so. That is why you hear all the BS like its for the best of our country, its for our kids, its for national security, Obama said so and we can't question the messiah

The LEFT as you describe it, is just about everyone in this country. You reject the Republicans, you reject the Democrats, you scorn the Conservatives and the Liberals... That leaves??? A few fringe, out of the mainstream anarchists and a few haters... YOU!

I have no problem being the minority in this country, A Republic is about protecting the minority from the majority, I can't believe someone like you Mr Civil Rights would hate that concept. More hypocricy from you what's new.

Something we agree on again(sort of)...Yes, the leadership that steers both parties is chock full of statists. Republic or Democrat, liberal or (neo)conservative all hold the same belief in collectivism and statism. Where I do disagree is that "just about everyone in the country" is the left. The "fringe" as you describe them are larger than reported. I'm not saying it's a majority but fringe would suggest we shouldn't even be talking about it. But we are.

Just like this guy or other gun grabbers don't speak for me, my rights are not negotiable
