Tell me again why any American NEEDS an assault weapon.  Not wants one cause it gives him a boner
and makes him feel like a man... but why does he really NEED IT?
Why does he NEED a 30 round clip?  Other than the reason posted below:

First off, stick to what the NYS law says... it's not a 30 shot clip, it's a ten shot clip...on any gun.. that's Prince Andrews definition.

Second, I don't think the American below would really qualify in any of your "reasons" listed above

Hotties with cars or guns... it sells both!

I call it the Holy Trinity... She actually works for a gun munitions company in the southern US.

Investigators: 15-year-old son of deputy shoots burglary suspect .
HOUSTON – The teenage son of a Harris County Precinct 1 deputy shot a home intruder Tuesday afternoon in the 2600 block of Royal Place in northwest Harris County, deputies said.

The 15-year-old boy and his 12-year-old sister had been home alone in the Mount Royal Village subdivision when around 2:30 p.m. a pair of burglars tried the front and back doors, then broke a back window.

The teenager grabbed his father's assault rifle and knew what to do with it.

“We don't try to hide things from our children in law enforcement,” Lt. Jeffrey Stauber said. “That young boy was protecting his sister. He was in fear for his life and her life.”

The home invaders fled, leaving a trail of blood.

Shortly afterwards, two suspects showed up at Tomball hospital. One was an adult and was hit at least three times.  Lifeflight flew him to Memorial Hermann hospital in the Medical Center. The second suspect, a juvenile, was taken back to the crime scene, authorities said.

Neighbors said burglars had recently struck the two houses next door, including the deputy's home.

“They stole everything -- what they have inside. They already did it one time,” Rafael Cortez said.

The father should be arrested for not locking his "asault rifle" and making it accessable to his 15 year old son.  The real crime here is that a 15 year old boy was able to get his hands on a gun.

Sounds like Cicero is ready to join me in a law regulating the use, storage and availability of guns
you own.

Its amazing some here would rather see the kid dead then for him to protect himself, especially with a AR-15.

Had the killing been committed while being abused, the out come would likely been different.  The son had
many other options than to shoot... but in your world... shooting is always preferable to contacting the
costumed authorities.

I'm not amazed anymore.  A dead 15 year old and his 12 year old sister is a small price to pay when you are only concerned about the collective.  Individuals be damned, your safety doesn't trump the safety of the collective.  That is truly their sick twisted logic.

If you feel your life is in danger yes you eliminate the threat, hesitating or waiting for the police might get you killed.

I'm amazed more everyday how twisted boxes logic is, I like to keep pushing him to see how really far out he is, I find it interesting to be honest with you, even though it is quite disturbing.

The costumed agents are taught to shoot center mass until there is no longer a theat when protecting their own lives.  But as box points out, their lives are more valued in the eyes of the law, so that doesn't apply to average citizens.  They are trained to call 911 and let intruders rob you and hope they won't kill you before the costumed agents arrive.

Yea... with every post you insult anyone with PTSD... Not just Vets, but anyone with PTSD, including the
survivors of the Sandy Hook School shooting... and your values don't find that to be disturbing?

How about autism, is that amusing too? Or Parkinson disease... I'm sure that fits your view of "funny".

How about amputees or cancer victims... lots of laughs there huh Henry???
Nothing "disturbing" there.

If you think that my views are 'far out'... why not post your signature pic in a public place and see what
reaction you get.  Or are you ashamed to put your name to such a disgusting graphic?

I'm sorry, but under new gun laws all vets that may be suffering from PTSD must immediately surrender
all weapons from their homes.

All the PTSD survivors of Sandy Hook must do so as well.
