Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal  writes in the Wall Street Journal that birth control should be sold without
prescription.

"As a conservative Republican, I believe that we have been stupid to let the Democrats demagogue
the contraceptives issue and pretend, during debates about health-care insurance, that Republicans
are somehow against birth control. It's a disingenuous political argument they make. As an
unapologetic pro-life Republican, I also believe that every adult (18 years old and over) who
wants contraception should be able to purchase it."

(Jindal, joins Clinton as early unannounced candidates for the US Presidency in '16)

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

I agree, but Jindal is a joke...

His speech delivery skills make GWB seem like Abraham Lincoln..

I agree, his speech was laughable, but he has 3 years to hone his skills and he is ambitious.

to ingest a chemical to keep his boys from swimming.....

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Technically condoms are not "really safe" -- as they can break, they don't offer 100% protection against the transmission of STDs and some people are in fact allergic to latex condoms (some to the point that they can become extremely ill).

The only 100% safe form of birth control is abstinence.

There is no 'safe sex as far as std's are concerned, but gay sex is 100% effective as birth control!

He was too chicken to admit he knew that one

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
