No. I mean how many non smokers get emphysema, cancer etc, from OTHER PEOPLE SMOKING!
Drinking soda may or may not cut years from your life, but if the person standing next to you drinks a dozen sodas, it won't impact YOUR HEALTH.
Cigarette smoke is a Class A Carcinogen... just like Asbestos, Chromium VI Particulates, Benzidine Arsenic Compounds, Vinyl Chloride, Benzene, 4-Aminobiphenyl, and Chloromethyl Methyl Ether, among others. Standing next to a smoker is like standing next to a toxic chemical dump!
humans have been smoking since the BEGINNING OF TIME.....the only thing that kills smokers quick and fast are the chemicals used on the tobacco and in the paper and filters....the only thing we have to blame is the allowance of others to sell it to us.....quick/cheap and without one's personal sweat aka: easy.........

I dunno.........but less folks are smoking....most homes are smokeless......cars, heating systems, working conditions, osha regulations, clean air act...etc.....and yet there is more cancer today....especially in kids than i can ever remember.
the chemicals/hormones in our foods/water from pesticides, fluoride and God only knows what else, could be today's new day cancer culprit.
lets be serious here......there is still some serious sh!t out there that is still causing all of these kids to contract cancer.....and it certainly ain't all smoking.
just heard of a 5 year old kid TODAY.....legs were bothering him....went to the doctors.....he has cancer throughout his entire body!!!!!! And how many kids have we heard about in the last few years with cancer just in schenectady county alone? And those are just the ones we hear of.
