Sovereign, I like that word.



The people of  Staten Island, NY, are considering a class action law suit against FEMA for failure to provide services after Hurricane Sandy.  You heard a lot more about FEMA failures during the Bush (Katrina) administration then you do during the Obama (Sandy) administration.  Bush's legion of failures was out there all the time, Obama gets a pass.  Obama legions march on, silent, unnoticed.



FEMA believes it is protected by SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY, that insulates them from civil action due to FEMA incompetence.



How can a organ of government of a nation that has discarded it's sovereignty claim to be 'sovereign'?



Sovereign immunity is lawyer talk!  Sovereign immunity is the 'Global Warming' of lawyer land.  The precedent has been set, sovereign, sovereignty are no more.  Look at our Southwest borders!



In China after 1949 an estimated 25,000,000 drug addicts & suppliers were put to the sword.  Landlords went next to the chopping block.  It is obvious America is experiencing a "kinder & gentler" revolution, the outcome yet to be decided.  Whomever prevails, do US a favor, send the lawyers packing.



The law, Magna Carta, was meant to move us beyond vendetta, blood feuds & economic gridlock.  To that end the law, English Common Law, has succeeded.  Like all good things, the law as we have known it is so corrupted by the 'lawyer class' a new way of walking is called for.



As with the word sovereign, we throw words around but never consider the implications.  Sovereign immunity is a myth as is the LAW in lawyer.



PS  The industrial revolution, born in England was made possible by the Protestant Reformation.  It was about 'morality', size of family, family structure.  In America & Western Europe the WASP are being driven out, what follows is another revolution.  This revolution will not produce jobs for 'freemen' but collective duties.  Time to take sides.



Revolution is in the air!
