went to school to pick up sick kid. asked to show driver's license. didn't bring it. not my habit. said "you can bring it next
time and we can scan it in."
I said "I don't think so."
School "it's the law."

school: "it's our policy."
me: "so, it's a PUBLIC SCHOOL."

I can't get report card which are now on line unless ID shown and scanned....

So I'm sure they  have other proof of who you are.............THE PARENTS!!!

Better yet...........tell them that you will show them your ID....as soon as all of your kid's teachers, principle, guidence counciler shows and scans theirs into YOUR system....
tell them that is 'your' policy!!!
