If he'd just take the time to read the history of the region he might understand it.  

The creation of Israel is essentially the same as forced Mexican immigration into Texas(Since Mexicans were originally indigenous to that land) then the international community granting the newly immigrated Mexicans the right to govern the land and force the American Texans that were living there for 150 years to now live under the Mexican rule.  Then China will support the newly created Mexican state financially and militarily to maintain control of the Texas Americans from revolting against their new rulers, as well as stopping Oklahoma, Kansas, and Louisiana from trying to liberate the Texans.
