Obama won 75% of Hispanic Voters...

Surprise surprise... all of a sudden Republicans are FOR Immigration Reform!!!

~House Speaker John Boehner : Saying the issue has been around for far too long, Boehner said in the
ABC interview that “I’m confident that the president, myself, others can find the common ground to
take care of this issue once and for all.”

~Former Gov. Haley Barbour :“... good policy on immigration in the United States is, we are in a global
battle for capital and labor, and we need to have what is good economic policy for America on immigration
because we do need labor,” he said.  And we need to have an immigration policy that is good economic
policy, and then — and then the politics will take care of itself.”

~ Radio Hate Monger Sean Hannity:  Hannity told his listeners that he has “evolved” on immigration policy
and now supports a “pathway to citizenship.”

Amazing overnight conversions from a policy of "shoot em on the border fence", to "we need em"!

You are damn right Box.  Actually Bush wasn't so bad on immigration.  Ya know, when you're give lemons you make lemonade.  When you're give teabags what can you make?

AMERICANS voted the direction they want the country to go in....and so it shall be.

One of the Very Few commendable policies of the GWB presidency was his immigration policy, that the GOP
killed.  Bush as a border Governor had a good idea of the problem and the solution.  Had Sept11 not happened
Bush might have had a chance to implement his immigration/citizenship plan and this election might have
gone the opposite direction.

BT--nobody divides the electorate like Reps.  They always have.

Box--you are right about that Bush understood those problems.  Odd that he couldn't understand anything else but he got that.

Just curious Blumbler... is there any "media" that isn't part of (Sarah Palin's)  Lame Stream Media?

Is Fox real media for you?  Is NewsMax or Breitbart what you consider "actual news"?

Fox is part of it.   Breitbart and NewsMax don't reach enough people to be considered "mainstream".

Bi polar is serious and nothing to laugh at.  You really should get it taken care of.  There are meds
that can help.

Fox is part of it.   Breitbart and NewsMax don't reach enough people to be considered "mainstream".

The truth boxy is that you consider 'your chosen few' as actual news just like the rest of the good sheople!
Proof of that is all of the COPYING AND PASTING AND RE-QUOTING you use from the lame stream media.
What ever media source the sheople use....they take it as the gospel!!!
sooooooooooooooooo their mission is accomplished!!

I take nothing as gospel.  I "assume" that most main stream media are mostly accurate.  They do
sometimes have a bias and they do sometimes make mistakes.

When the vast majority of media report a story, but there is an opposing view, I will read both sides
to determine if one side is not being reported well.  When I hear "Lame Stream Media", I usually
think of Sarah Palin who blamed the media when the media got the facts right, but didn't agree with
her agenda.
When the message is truthful but uncomfortable, blame the messenger... the Main Stream Media.

There is bias on both sides of the political spectrum...
On the right, there is Newsmax, Fox, and cnsnews..
On the left there is MSNBC, PBS (I watch PBS,  at least they are non-nauseating compared to MSNBC).
For the rest of the networks, you could say they lean one way or another depending on issue and reporter (i.e. Andrea Mitchell, NBC).
Bias was born ever since news reporting was required to make money instead of doing the public good.
