Public Libraries are notorious for drug deals & prostitution.  This is a frequent activity in Albany Public LIbrary, State Street.

It is 'highly likely' the 25 year old who died in library scored some drugs in library.

The frequent weirdo who bikes to library, smokes, has a backpack is the likely suspect.  He is tolerated because he seems strange.

Time for a crack down, no pun, on public libraries.  The library in Schenectady is a latrine with books & videos.
