Hillary Clinton trashes whiners

'You live in a time when there are endless choices,' Clinton said. | AP Photo
By KEVIN ROBILLARD | 10/18/12 1:58 PM EDT Updated: 10/18/12 6:39 PM EDT

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says in a new interview that she can’t stand “whining” by women who are unhappy with the work and family choices they’ve made in life and complain that they have no options.

Clinton, in the interview with Marie Claire, was discussing Anne-Marie Slaughter, a former director of policy planning at the State Department who left in 2011. This summer, Slaughter wrote a much-discussed cover story in the Atlantic — “Why Women Still Can’t Have It all” — about leaving her job because of the difficulty of balancing her work at State with the needs of her two teenage boys.

“I can’t stand whining,” Clinton told Marie Claire. “I can’t stand the kind of paralysis that some people fall into because they’re not happy with the choices they’ve made. You live in a time when there are endless choices. … Money certainly helps, and having that kind of financial privilege goes a long way, but you don’t even have to have money for it. But you have to work on yourself. … Do something!”

Clinton added, “Some women are not comfortable working at the pace and intensity you have to work at in these jobs. … Other women don’t break a sweat. …They have four or five, six kids. They’re highly organized, they have very supportive networks.”..............................>>>>...................................>>>>.................................Read more: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1012/82586.html#ixzz29kbuIt7I

It's 'hillary's war on women'!!!!! There are poor poor women everywhere with no jobs, tons of kids and multiple 'baby daddys' who are all on welfare, food stamps and section 8, free health care, free abortions...blah blah blah...............BUT THEY NEED MORE HELP.....yes?

Perhaps they should tax the working class even more so this 'war on women' will stop, and hillary won't need to hear their whining any more!

Where is her compassion and empathy for these poor women? She is a bleeding heart lefty progressive liberal.....no?
She's sounding just like those righties!!!

It has been easy for Secretary Clinton to "have it all" because she has had domestic help for the past for the past 33 years (when her husband was first elected Governor of Arkansas) --- most women do not have that same luxury and it is not easy to balance a full-time career and be a wife & mother.

Yeah, she doesn't know the suffering that the Romneys had to endure.

You can always expect a stupid response from Tommy.

Now back to the topic ---  Mrs. Romney acknowledges that women have a difficult time balancing careers and being a wife & mother.  Unlike Mrs. Clinton, Ann Romney isn't chastising other women as "whiners".

That Stepford wife wouldn't know what that life is like if it bit her.
She was one those doing the most whining.
I know what it's like to raise children. Coordinating all the nannies, chauffeurs, nurse maids, and staff can be quite stressful.

Hillary was talking about the difficulties of balancing a career, and raising kids, which is something RoboWife will naver have to worry about.
She never had to worry about a career, only marrying rich.
All she ever did was suck the right dick.

Insults to Republican women are not tolerated...
Insults to Democrat women are expected and encouraged.

No double standard here.

What's Hilary know about that?  She had Monica to do that for her.  Hilary just had to keep the cigar humidor stocked.
