I'm normally for consolidation but in this case due to the size of the town geographically it would make some kids trips to school extremely long. It's just not that practical in this case.

Not really a right, but more responsibility of  the ones desiring to educate,
So, say I want my offspring to learn a certain thing,
Or... my offspring  displays tendencies toward a certain thing or pursuit.
It is MY responsibility to see that we work to obtain the knowledge we desire.

Now I may go look for and Expert or Journeyman  to help us in our quest for knowledge.
BUT,
Is it my right??? or My offsprings right to come to your house and tell you that you need to help me and my offspring slake our lust for knowledge?
Would that be fair?
Is it my right to demand you to take care of my needs?


I would possibly come to you and ask for help, but if you declined,,, should i be able to go find a government official to come and force you to pay for my need or want?

Now maybe a few locals can together and start a local group,
great idea,
we can get more people involved, its works great...
UNTILL
it grows beyond the local group.
EDucation should be local ,,, not ran from burrokrats a thousdan miles away.
We must take it back to the local level and forget all this big stuff ,
astroturf bigger bus garage more buildings,
its all a bad idea.

smaller is better even more so in the internet reformation....
