Ya see Cissy... We were going to "investigate both, but the Head of the Benghazi witch hunt squashed
the Bush/Cheney investigation.

Oh, I didn't know that.  Dems controlled both houses of Congress in 2009 & 2010.  I thought Benghazi happened in 2012?  Wasn't WMD's in 2003?  When do the dems begin an investigation, 10 year later?

Maybe because Bush/Cheney have been out of office for 6 years and multiple DEM investigations showed nothing worthy of the level we're seeing now.

We are advised NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.   Funny how that works.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) pledged on Wednesday to investigate both Barack Obama and George W. Bush with his newfound subpoena power when he takes over as chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

“I’m going to be investigating a president of my own party, because many of the issues we’re working on began [with] President Bush or even before, and haven’t been solved,” Issa said during an interview on MSNBC’s “The Daily Rundown.” (NOVEMBER 2010)
No Bushy Investigation Yet!!!

The opposition party didn't initiate the investigation into an illegal war based on a lie?  A republican had to initiate it?

The two party charade working as designed.  Cover each other's crimes.

I swear, Cicero must live in a haystack.  He occasionally would resort to a diversion or a straw
man, but lately it's all he knows.

So which did you pick Cicero?  #1 or #2?

#2 is the straw man and diversion right Boxy? Because that happened over 11 years ago.

Welcome to 2014. "Bush's fault" doesn't work anymore.

While Republicans get their select committee on Benghazi,
I would like my select committee on the following:

~September 11, 2001 in which nineteen hijackers fly four American commercial jets into the World Trade Center, Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania, killing 3,000 Americans. Bush and is posse ignore warnings of the impending attack

~The January 22, 2002 Calcutta, India attack in which Gunmen associated with Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami attackd the U.S. Consulate and five people were killed.

~The June 14, 2002. attack in Karachi, Pakistan in which a suicide bomber connected with al Qaeda attacked the U.S. Consulate, killing 12 and injuring 51.

~The October 12, 2002 in Denpasar, Indonesia where U.S. diplomatic offices were bombed as part of a string of “Bali Bombings.” Fortunately, there were no fatalities in this one.

~The February 28, 2003 attack in Islamabad, Pakistan, in which several gunmen opened fire upon the U.S. Embassy and two people were killed.

~The May 12, 2003 attack in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Armed al Qaeda terrorists stormed the diplomatic compound, killing 36 people including nine Americans. The assailants committed suicide by detonating a truck bomb.

~The July 30, 2004 attack in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. A suicide bomber from the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan attacked the U.S. Embassy, killing two people.

~The December 6, 2004 attack Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Remember? Al Qaeda terrorists stormed the U.S. Consulate and occupied the perimeter wall. Nine people were killed.

~The March 2, 2006 attack in Karachi, Pakistan (again). This time, a suicide bomber attacked the U.S. Consulate and killed four people, including U.S. diplomat David Foy who was directly targeted by the attackers. (I wonder if Lindsey Graham or Fox News would even recognize the name “David Foy.” This is the third Karachi terrorist attack in four years on what’s considered American soil.)

~The September 12, 2006 attack in Damascus, Syria, in which Four armed gunmen shouting “Allahu akbar” storm the U.S. Embassy using grenades, automatic weapons, a car bomb and a truck bomb. As a result, four people were killed, and 13 were wounded.

~The January 12, 2007 attack in Athens, Greece where members of a Greek terrorist group called the Revolutionary Struggle fired a rocket-propelled grenade at the U.S. Embassy.

~The March 18, 2008 attack in Sana’a, Yemen in which members of the al-Qaeda-linked Islamic Jihad of Yemen fired a mortar at the U.S. Embassy. The shot missed the embassy, but hits nearby school killing two people.

~The July 9, 2008 Istanbul, Turkey attack in which four armed terrorists attacked the U.S. Consulate and killed six people.

~The September 17, 2008 attack in Sana’a, Yemen, in which terrorists dressed as military officials attacked the U.S. Embassy with an arsenal of weapons including RPGs and detonated two car bombs. Sixteen people were killed, including an American student and her husband (they had been married for three weeks when the attack occurred). This is the second attack on this embassy in seven months.

I want President Bush, Colin Powell, and Condoleezza Rice
upfront and center, and to be prosecuted for these crimes.
Then maybe we can talk about Benghazi.

Man box, you should have demanded this in 2009 and 2010 when the Democrats controlled congress.  I guess better late then never.  Hey, throw closing Gitmo in there on your wish list.  That was a big issue in 2008 too.  LMAO

Yes it would have been a good idea to throw one of Issa's million dollar 'witch hunts' at some
actual witches!
So... how's the Benghazi hearings going so far???

Oh, so lying about WMD's in Iraq is a witch hunt?  Hmmm....I would think that would be considered state sponsored murder.  If that doesn't rise to the level of an investigation, I can only imagine what would?  Illegal detonation of a nuclear bomb?

Yes... state sponsored murder does rise to the level of an investigation...
However...
Sen Issa is only interested in 'Witch Hunts for political purposes which implicate 'Democrats.'
A pity he isn't bi partisan, or G Worst Bush/Dickless Cheney would be in trouble.

So why didn't democrat controlled congress investigate whether Bush committed state sponsored murder sold on lies?  I always love watching you righteous government worshipers that believe in "justice" explain that one away.  If you believe it was based on a lie, it ranks up there as one of the greatest atrocities in the 20th/21st centuries.  And the US justice system did NOTHING.  And you are fine with that.

Because the reps wouldn't stand for it.  They'd scream and holler and shudder and shake
and hold their breath till the dems stopped.
