Many times, I've visited at the HfH reStore on Foster Avenue.  Recently, I had to go there to find a couple doors for the house.  I was very surprised to find the building (the old Reale's Photo) closed, and for sale.  I did some inquiring, and found they moved to the old SACCTv building at 110 N Broadway ( I think that's the address).

I quickly made my way there and was VERY discouraged to find NO PARKING in the lot across the street, except PAID spots, which would have cost me $5.   There's NO WAY I'm going to pay to park in a lot to patronize a not for profit. I'd rather give them the $5, but I will NOT give it to Metroplex.

Is there anywhere else, within easy walking, to park at no charge?  I don't want to be carrying large home improvement products through the streets downtown just so I can say I patronized them.  I love their stores and products - they've got the weirdest crap sometimes - but it's for a great cause and I often look for old stuff to restore this old house to it's original glory, but damn I refuse to pay to park to patronize them.

Ok, I'm done with my old man rant.  It's time for pizza and beer.

Gotta find someone new to deliver tho, they're all getting to know me too well.
