The Oath Keepers are showing their support for Brandon
I'm not surprised. They refuse to follow the law of the land and instead will make up their laws as they go along.
The Oath Keepers and Three Percenters, both part of an anti-government extremist movement that has grown since President Obama took office, promote the idea that the "federal government is plotting to take away the rights of American citizens and must be resisted".
Right Wing Crazies!

Like Obama assassinating U.S. citizens. Yeah...Law of the land. And you call the Oathkeepers crazy. The drone operator that killed their own citizen was just following orders. He/she had no idea what the law of the land or what due process is.

How many American citizens were killed in Drone strikes? How many American citizens were killed in SWAT strikes? Both are rarely used and only used when other means will likely not succeed.
Both are IMO justified and necessary. Both are IMO regrettable and if there were another means available, should be used if possible. But when there is no other option, they are necessary.

There you go, repeating the lie. America has an embassy in Yemen, where is the evidence of the U.S. ambassador requested the Yemen authorities detain Al Awlaki? Where is the evidence of intelligence reviewed by the Obama secret panel that led to the authorization of this assassination? I think it was Jack Tapper that asked the Obama press secretary to release the records that led to the Al Awlaki assassination and they refused. You don't even care that the President isn't disclosing the evidence AFTER the fact. You go around and say there were no other options because that is what you’ve been told, without even being a bit suspicious that may not be true.

As I've posted at least twice before, there was a planned military option to capture Al Awlaki. That option, much like many SWAT team strikes, was looked at as being unlikely to succeed and would likely kill many Yemeni troops and likely endanger Yemeni civilians. That mission would have also likely killed Al Awlaki, as well as civilians and Yemeni troops.
Cicero loves these diversions... I wonder if Cic thinks that the USA should have contacted the US Embassy in Islamabad Pakistan to see if they could help us find Osama BinLaden. What do you think the chances of success on that mission might have been?

Hmmm...Interesting...You haven't even questioned why the government ordered the military to capture Al Awlaki, or the fact the Obama Administration is unwilling to release any evidence of Al Awlaki's crimes that resulted in the extrajudicial assassination.
I've said it before, Box is the best apologist for a tyranical government (when a democrat is in office).
Released! That's terrible! This rant could have gone on for months... and now it's all been ruined!
He was NEVER accused with a crime, and has sufficiently passed his Psych evaluation... just like the Virginia law allows, he's been found to be sane enough to rejoin society. The system worked!

Sooooo they were holding him for NO LEGAL reason, scary huh ?
The LEGAL Reason... same as it's always been since he was taken into custody:
~Chesterfield police took Raub into custody for evaluation in accordance with Virginia State Code § 37.2-808 Emergency custody.

Box the system did not work. What happened is he got good lawyers, and not everyone can. If there wasn't public outrage, he'd still be sittin in the veterans hospital.
The judge saw through the bullshit and released him. Good for him.

Probably the same judge who would have seen him and came to the same conclusion had this guy never been in the press.

Box, you can't go and make up the facts when the article is linked. The judge never said they are releasing him because he PASSED the psych evaluation, he clearly said they had NO LEGAL GROUNDS TO DETAIN HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE. there was no information on why Raub was being held.
But, as I expect from box, as long as the government is detaining you illegally for only a few days of your life, no big deal.
Box, you can have opinions, but you can't go and make up facts.

I agree with RP4P that if this didn't go viral they would have stuck it to him. Now the people need to make sure this doesn't happen again and I'm sure that process will start soon.

So you are saying that he got off on a technicality. Had the police added the FACTS of his FB posts he might still be held. Kind of like when the police don't read you your Miranda Rights. Justice prevailed... the system worked. Raub can now possibly sue in a civil suit for damages... as the law allows.
