Yes, a slave to taxation. We all are, well except the to 1% and those who can lobby to change the tax law for their favor. Withdrawing concent by optiing out of voting has minimal consequences on my personal liberty. I am not violating arbitrary laws by doing so. Not paying taxes is the same as not your paying protection money to the local crime boss. You'll be sleepin with the fishes.
Are there step like family members creating a system for bartering services that can reduce exposure to taxes? Yes, but it is a slow process.

Even as you type these words, the government seeks new ways to force you to pay for bartered items or services, traded or otherwise gotten without payment.
Only corporations get to receive money, goods or services and not pay taxes.
In today's environment the government seems to bury the facts from the public, case in point Fast and Furious.
Exactly!! Our founding fathers would be rolling over in their graves right now if they heard that this kind of sh!t was going on!! This will be a well scripted admission by the lame stream media when the 'so called facts' come out.
The government is just pissing off the military even more!!!
And as far as FACTS.....REAL FACTS.....The american people are still trying to sort out the WACO, RUBY RIDGE fiasco blunder FACTS!!!

Show support for???? For what? If this Marine is insane... it would be great if your support were to include good mental health services to help this man. If the hearing shows that the Marine is likely guilty of a crime you could support his effort to hire a good defense team to defend him in this trial. Support for what seems to be my question. We may learn tomorrow that he has been wrongfully detained, or we may learn that he is an experienced criminal or terrorist. Until we know some of the facts of this case I don't know what you would be supporting.

That's why I said of course you don't...You have no problem with detention. There is a place called Gitmo that has people detained without criminal charges. I happens all the time now. We now have citizens assassinated without criminal charges. You've pretty much argued in defense of government detention and execution. Whether it was the President secret council determining that a citizens 10,000 miles away was an imminent threat and sentenced to death, or now the state mental health "official" deciding to detain this former marine for 30 days after initially being detained by police, FBI, and Secret Service.
Some of the Anti Govt crowd are always spouting about "states rights"... that states should make up their own laws, not the Federal govt. Well the STATE of VIRGINIA did just that.
They enacted Virginia State Code § 37.2-808 Emergency custody act. Now some are backing away from what they were just crying for... states taking control over their own laws. Turns out they are just a bunch of crybabies... Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa The US Constitution... this should be a state law. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa The State of Virginia made a state law and I don't like it.
Either way... The anti govts cry even when the govt does exactly what they requested.

Did you see the FBI, and Secret Service in the video? Did they just happen to be in the neighborhood?
