Was your buddy from Schenectady (city) there? Did you ask him why no one wants to buy a house in the city? Did you ask him why so many people have put their houses up for sale? Did you ask him what he has done to cut the spending in this years budget seeing as the city is in a $5 Mil hole (and growing)? Did you ask him how many centuries it will be til the city gets on it's feet?
