Quoted from A Better Rotterdam
Until men can get pregnant and feel the life of a baby in their body, deliver it, hold it, nurse it.........they have absolutely NOTHING to contribute to this conversation........NOTHING!!!

Funny I always thought you were a man, but seeing your post here I have now learned otherwise. My bad.

Ya don't have to be a female to understand medicine. It just takes some common sense!

Where to begin...
~ We are discussing a 'human fetus' not a human being.
~CORRECTION- We agree on definition of what we are discussing, as you stated "a human fetus"... Not
a "human baby", as you flip flopped in the second half of your first sentence.
~ To my knowledge no liberals or any one else would call an abortion "a harmless medical procedure".This
is the first time that I've heard it referred to that way.  I wouldn't classify an appendectomy, or
a mastectomy in those terms either.
~You mention the "taking of a human life", as is the appendix or breast both human life, made of
living human cells.
~ Lastly there has only been one instance of a "God given baby" and most of the world doesn't
believe that account.  Babies come from sex between a man and a woman...  God need not be present.

A human fetus grows into a human baby --- it doesn't grow into a cabbage.   The rest of your comments are the same misguided  Neo-Liberal Pro-Death Anti-Christian bullshit that has been bandied about for 40+ years.

Abortion is the KILLING of a human life -- that is why the Catholic Church and others have taken up the struggle to end this practice.   Protecting Human Life from conception to natural death is THE most important Civil Rights and Human Rights battle that needs be won.

Again we agree...
"A human fetus grows into a human baby"...
But it's not a baby.

A chicken egg grows into a chicken...
But it's not a chicken.

An acorn grows into a tree...
But an acorn is not a tree.

All MAY one day change into the other, but they are very different things.

When you eat an omelet you are not eating chicken...
When you plant an acorn you are not planting a 2x4...
When you abort a fetus you are not killing a baby.

Everyonee understands the concept...until you introduce some sects of religion.  Then reason is replaced with
blind faith.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

blind faith tells us to drive cars at 75mph because we can and every other person behind the wheel is a good driver
blind faith tells us that 'yes' physics laws keep a plane in the air
blind faith tells us that if we don't have a job we can go to DSS and get $$ for food
blind faith tells us that if the doctor say's it is our gallbladder, hence surgical removal, only to find it was a kidney stone

the list is endless.....

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
