People who do not approve of gay marriage are at the top of the "New Blacklist." They must be denied economic rights and will NOT be allowed to operate their businesses in our communities. Joe McCarthy is proud, in his grave that his idea is still being used!

But don't worry, the liberals are OK with closing business or making sure people don't work if they have CONSERVATIVE VALUES!

what makes one more equal than another other than the sheer pompous expectation of VOTES to make one more equal
than another....

dirty dirty pigs...shame on 'leadership'....

But using the power of government to stop them from engaging in commerce because of their beliefs and speech is different than a boycott. If you fail to see that it is blatantly unconstitutional for a government to do that than you are a Stalinist. What if the State of Mississippi decided that they would not allow Levi jeans to be sold in the state because Levis supports left wing causes? Would that suit you?

Chick-fil-A tanks 40 percent after anti-Gay remarks

The Georgia-based fried chicken chain Chick-fil-A has taken at massive hit since its founder publicly
announced that the company opposed equal rights for LGBT people, according to a recent brand analysis.

Market research firm YouGov found that Chick-fil-A’s BrandIndex score had fallen 40 percent nationally
since Dan Cathy told the Baptist Press that his company was “guilty as charged” of funding groups that
oppose marriage equality.

When Cathy’s remarks were published on July 19, Chick-fil-A was enjoying a national score of 65,
one of the highest in the industry. By July 25, its BrandIndex had plummeted to 39.

In the South, Chick-fil-A’s BrandIndex fell from 80 to 44. And the company’s brand was damaged the
most in the Northeast, where the score dove from 76 to 35.

One had better see the local kommissar and get clearance before trying to participate economically. In that way the fine gauleiter will be able to ascertain whether or not you are a good and card-carrying member of the correct party.

Republicans slowly warming to gay marriage

In the latest Post polling, 61 percent of Republicans think gay marriage should be illegal, compared with
36 percent of independents and 25 percent of Democrats. Overall, 53 percent of Americans think gay
marriage should be legal, according to the most recent Post polling, while only 39 percent think it
should be illegal.
Since March, the number of Republicans who think gay marriage should be legal has declined 10 points
from 39 percent to 29 percent, to about where it was last year.
Among Republicans ages 18 to 44, the numbers are far different and evolving far more quickly
— opinion is currently evenly divided at 46 percent.

Still, it’s clear that gay marriage opposition is (slowly) on its way out, even among Republicans.

So what? You STILL believe that any business must have its owners face a litmus test on political and religious beliefs before they are granted "permission" to open by the reigning political kommissars? Is that how SOVIET you have become high-school boy?

Most consumers have no idea who or what YouGov is and for all we know it has a bias on the issue.

Chick-Fil-A has a good product and most people don't give a rat's a** what some survey says.  Personally, I have had their product once and thought it was very good.   I would patronize them again - if I am in an area where one of their restaurants are located or if they opened up here.

As for the whole issue of purchasing or not purchasing from a business based on the company's position on issues,  I don't believe most people take that into consideration when making purchase decisions.
