Meter running on GlobalFoundries incentives
The Business Review by Adam Sichko, Reporter

Computer-chip maker GlobalFoundries    Inc. keeps breaking its own record for having the biggest incentives in state history.
The original 2006 deal to build a manufacturing plant in Saratoga County was the largest-ever in state history, at $1.25 billion. The state outbid Dresden, Germany, for the facility.
Those incentives continue to grow as GlobalFoundries adds more jobs than first projected and fills out extra space at its $4.6 billion complex.
As of today, GlobalFoundries has the potential to receive $1.87 billion in grants and tax credits from New York—a 50 percent increase in the value of the original incentives package...............................>>>>.......................>>>>....................http://www.bizjournals.com/albany/blog/insider/2012/07/meters-running-on-globalfoundries.html

See what happens when you vote Democrat, big spending.....ahhh...what....really...the-the-the- Republicans signed this deal under Pataki and Bruno?  I-I-I thought Republicans were fiscally conservative and were against welfare?

What's that you say? GlobalFoundries is owned by the government of Abu Dhabi? So small government conservatives like Pataki and Bruno gave over $1 billion of New York tax money to another government?

WOW!  I did not know that is what it means to be a small government Republican.
