Looking at a fix-er upper on gordon road on 4 acres.  If it was my property..

Can i have bon-fires at night?
can I shoot golfballs into the woods behind the house (i guess that would be my land)
can I hunt, do others hunt?
can i shoot firearms?  Maybe a .22 at some targets in the woods?

I know these are strange questions, but i'm looking country, trying to figure out how country it is over there, lol.

You can only shoot into the woods if a nayboob is in the woods.   LOL

Golfballs are no problem.

Discharging a firearm within 500 ft of any home or roadway is prohibited.

Bon fires, you better have a few hot dogs on a stick to make it legal.

Awww, DV can't stand it that the truths about the dems in the county, and how they screw the homeowners, is becoming public.  He wants to eliminate the voices of those that tell the truths and provide evidence that prove what they say it true.

Doesn't it figure that a person who sits in a chair at town hall and makes appearances, trying to appear like he's a legit town official rather than a puppet, is unable to provide answers to someone's question.   Figures, one who calls himself a town official doesn't know anything about rules in the town, one who calls himself a taxpayer can't even provide evidence of the tax rates being lower than 50 years ago.   Doesn't even have any knowledge of ethics laws nor laws that make public the things that he thinks are private.  Obviously it proves DV is opposed to transparency kin government

More proof of his lack of credibility

Look DV posting as one of his imaginary friends, opposes transparency in government, opposes providing the taxpayers with the truths about how their money is mis-spent

THE GUY IS UNREAL

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Just know what is infront of the bullet when you shoot
Depending on the plot
You risk
Planes
Trains
Automobiles
Off road trucks and such
And children

And remember there is a "You" in brush fire

All the water up past the railroad tracks is surfacs water only Wells need to be 250 ft deep

If you plan on getting horses the town planning board will only allow houses or appartments

Absoultely, If anything, if i owned 6 acres i'd set up a little shooting range for my 22 in the woods. Just more curious if it was legal...
here's my next question, A house is assessed at 170, and say i pay 120, would i be able to get the town to adjust the taxes?

Probably not.

It's not as simple as actual value.

It's the assessor's imaginary values that count.

based of course upon the imaginary value Moody's or such entity gives a municipality then it's factored out

It is hard to argue the value when a house sells on the open market
The assessed value should come down
Fyi the town does a great job of plowing Gordon Rd

Where did you get such a great deal on Bobby i's house 120,000 that must be a 90% discount on assessed value

Now my taxes are going up- crap

If you can legally shoot just stack a bunch of old tires behind your target stand or have a dozer just build you a sand berm to catch any passing rounds.
