Can i have bon-fires at night? can I shoot golfballs into the woods behind the house (i guess that would be my land) can I hunt, do others hunt? can i shoot firearms? Maybe a .22 at some targets in the woods?

It is hard to argue the value when a house sells on the open market The assessed value should come down Fyi the town does a great job of plowing Gordon Rd

If you can legally shoot just stack a bunch of old tires behind your target stand or have a dozer just build you a sand berm to catch any passing rounds.
