(1) Highway Dept

have you seen that sh!thole lately

weeds, weeds every where

what, is the Highway super to busy to notice cause he is off playing golf - cause he worked his one day????  did it even snow this year????

(2) Parks Building and field between the parks bldg and the sewer property(at least their they mow the lawn)

Where the HE!! is the town Cluck on these items - the jewel of rotterdam, MY A$$ - jewel of what, a pile of dung

and what is that new DPW super doing,   isn't parks under him - do something for your $$$

(3) then there are the town right of ways - ie triangles
princetown and thompson
altamont and curry
the circle

what no signs  - no need to mow??? -

how is the town scrap recycler doing on FDG's memorial??? - did it get flowers this year or is that part of the ongoing dispute about the "invoice"

with what we budget for highway and police the town should be spotless and crime free

even JohnnyZ keeps the "Triad" property looking neat and clean(maple pine manor)

maybe if we had the ALS money we could afford gas

Of course the nayboobs will criticize, it is time they get off their butts and volunteer to do what's necessary on these town properties, these jewels.

No nayboobs, only taxpayers.   Taxpayers do get off their butts every day to go to their jobs to get income to support themselves and their familiesile paying high taxes to pay for those who don't have jobs and don't want to work (someone we know?) and then pay high property taxes to pay their own tax bills AND the tax bills of the millionaires and politically connected

Gee, when have we seen him volunteering to clean up the ground around city hall or the town buildings?    Hmmmmm??????????

Normally, I don't respond to your lies and ignorant rants -- but the fact is that I have volunteered for numerous Mont Pleasant neighborhood clean-ups and a couple of the Spring Canal Clean Sweep cleanups along the bike trail --- and numerous other community volunteer events.

Then get off your butt and clean the town building, we are too busy with our jobs, our houses, our spouses, and our children, and we pay for that work to be done

I thought the only Jewel was the Town Clerk?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

If the elected officials would do the job they were ELECTED for......then maybe things would get done.......

Cleanup of the Town is up to the employees and summer help....they get paid......and they wallow in their responsibility.

All the elected government should be doing their only job....not be all over the Town and in all the other business in the Town..

I heard they all join all these different committees and then they don;'t show up......just for show....put their names on everything....

but what they have to do for the residents and not for themselves......

if they run again....they won't need signs this time posted all over Town......everyone by now knows who they are....

just sayin' from the donout shop

I don't believe Schalmont owns the building across the street from the highway department anymore.

You "don't believe..."

A town official doesn't know how to look something up and provide an accurate answer?     Wow, that's sad

SueM2342 - That's Galesi property. The district just rented the space. They've been out of it for over a year now.
