I've used them for 3 years - customer service is "not US based" - and it's barely their 3rd language, but other than that, its' excellent service.

Carriers vary - any of their smart phones are likely Sprint, their "dumb phones" are all Verizon wireless.

As a side note, I just got a Verizon Wireless prepaid phone (with NY number while I'm here) - $50/mo - for everything.

So, if you're absolutely certain you want verizon coverage, try their prepaid program
