What does that mean.......MEETING 7PM THRU 8PM.....??? Does that mean that the rotterdam meeting is over at 8PM not matter what? Does that mean that the agenda meeting is actually 'longer' than the town board meeting?

Where is the proposed agenda for the 6/13 meeting??? When the agenda meetings were on Monday, the agenda was available on the Friday before. Now what happens...does it show up online sometime Wednesday afternoon or perhaps after the agenda meeting. Gee, that would give the residents about 30 minutes to read it, decide if they want to attend and prepare any statements that they would like to make during privilege of the floor. That seems fair... NOT!

Well...apparently the agenda isn't public anymore. Nor is it posted on the website where it clearly states "MEETING AGENDAS/MINUTES." The irony there is that none of the minutes are posted on line. Now I guess they're following suit by not posting the agendas either.
