Whether someone is married or not, doesn't mean that they are for or against any marriage laws. I'm certainly not gay but have an opinion that gay marriage should be legal. I don't use drugs but have opinions about marijuana, especially about Medical Marijuana.
Since gays are a minority, those voting voting FOR gay marriage are mostly not gay people.
