In the best interests of the thoroughbred racing industry in New York State, NYRA needs to be stripped of its ownership/control of New York's horse racing tracks.   The contract should have been awarded to CDI-Magna which is a WORLD-CLASS operation with an impeccable record.

Personally, I think anyone should be able to run a casino or other gaming operation in New York State -- not just the Indian tribes or a few wealthy corporations.  As long as the operators get a state permit and pay their income taxes, there should be no restrictions on who can set up a slot machine or a gaming table or any other kind of gaming device.

No one cares what you think, troll.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Actually, I wasn't responding to you.  I was making MY point --  which was legalize gambling so that ANYONE can run a gaming operation ANYWHERE in the state.
