Assemblywoman snips ‘neuticle’ ban from bill
Posted on May 2, 2012 at 2:22 pm by Jimmy Vielkind, Capitol bureau      i

Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis is backing away from a call to ban testicular implants for dogs.

The freshman Republican from Staten Island has been drafting a bill that would ban “non-medical cosmetic surgery” for dogs and cats, including tattoos, piercings and tummy tucks.

“It’s just unnecessary,” Malliotakis said. “To put a dog through that amounts to a form of animal cruelty.”

But she was razzed by colleagues who say an earlier draft of the bill which was written to ban “neuticles,” fake, silicone testicles that dogs sometimes get after they area fixed. This is apparently a thing..................>>>>.................................>>>>.......................http://blog.timesunion.com/capitol/archives/129272/assemblywoman-snips-neuticle-ban-from-bill/

I will perform liposuction on your dog for $200.  Wait, do I need a license?

I can probably do it on my own dog. Or on others and they can just give me a cash gift.

I'm sure I still have an old air conditioner repair vacuum pump around.

Can I make biodiesel from the fat?

Or Poodle scented candles for your pet to enjoy.

Those people you suggested use a badge and gun to compensate for lack of testicles.

And should be wearing body armor in this county.  Those aren't the people i'm talking about.  The boys in blue have nothing but my respect.  Oh and alot of my money.  They have that too.

I think it is time we sent the State Legislature home -- they passed the budget and got their butts kissed (and wallets padded) by the lobbyists --- it is just too dangerous to leave them in Albany with a bunch of free time to come up with stupid pieces of legislation like this one.

Although --- now we have a new term to describe New York State Legislators  -- the word "neuticle" clearly fits their stature ...  something with no real power or effectiveness that just acts as a decoration.
