Now who is right???....facts????? no blood.....no injuries to head and nose...
It's not a racist crime...it is vigilante justice on the part of Zimmerman....out of control...
The weapon made all the difference whether you believe it or not....
And the victim??......the shooter has more rights than the victim....and he did not have to kill the teen....
Facts??? don't judge.....this was an event that went wrong from the getgo....
Hope that justice will prevail for the teen....
And that is supposed to be conclusive? LOL There was FOUR HOURS that elapsed between the shooting and Zimmermans arrival at the police station. do you think that maybe, just maybe he was allowed to clean up before they took him in? did the police just make up the noted injuries in their report out of thin air?
You say "don't judge", but three lines up, you do!... That's hilarious.

Surveillance video of George Zimmerman arriving at a Sanford, Fla. police station indicates what may be an injury to the back of his head, a Daily Caller analysis shows.
ABC News published the video Wednesday evening. Zimmerman is the man who shot and killed 17-year-old black teen Trayvon Martin a month ago. (RELATED: Full coverage of the Martin shooting)
“A police surveillance video taken the night that Trayvon Martin was shot dead shows no blood or bruises on George Zimmerman,” ABC News reporter Matt Gutman wrote, noting that Zimmerman told police “he shot Martin after he was punched in the nose, knocked down and had his head slammed into the ground.”
ABC News reported that Zimmerman appears uninjured in the video. But a still image from the video indicates what appears to be a vertical laceration or scar several inches long. ABC did note that at the 49-second mark in the video, one of the police officers accompanying Zimmerman stops to look at the back of Zimmerman’s head for several seconds. Zimmerman, as ABC News noted, did not visit the emergency room after police interviewed him.
The Orlando Sentinel’s Rene Stutzman reported on March 26 about portions of what Zimmerman told police during that interview.
“With a single punch, Trayvon Martin decked the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who eventually shot and killed the unarmed 17-year-old, then Trayvon climbed on top of George Zimmerman and slammed his head into the sidewalk, leaving him bloody and battered,” Stutzman reported, relating the account Zimmerman reportedly gave police that night.
HE HAD A GUN..... HE SHOT TRAYVON......NOW LET THE INVESTIGATION BEGIN...
TWO WRONGS DON'T MAKE IT RIGHT.......and the police did a half-a$$ job to begin with...
now there are so many versions....WHY?...because that perp should have been arrested immediately....and then
the investigation would have been somewhat clean .....there are two actual witnesses....his girlfriend and the neighbor...
everyone else is after the fact...and that's the way the facts should be investigated...
This was not a racist crime....it was vigilante justice....that's my opinion....just as you have yours....
So, you admit you have judged the incident after saying "don't judge"...got it... There are more witnesses than just two..The girlfriend was an audio witness until just before the physical altercation..the phone went dead. Then there's the 13 year old neighbor who saw Zimmerman on his back, moaning and crying for help just before the shot rang out.... then there are people after the fact, the two roomates who saw Zimmerman straddling martins body and said he (Zimmerman) has not responding to verbal questions..perhaps from shock? who knows....
You don't make an arrest and then build a case. You build a case, then make an arrest. That's what they are doing now. Because of the racial flamethowers, I see no way they don't indict Zimmerman for something. The risk is they could do another Rodney King mistake, overcharging Zimmerman to satisfy the public. LA did that to the King beating police officers and the jury rightfully acquitted them because they were given no option to consider lesser charges...even the jurors were frustrated. The additional complication in this case is the stand your ground law...it's a mess no matter how you look at it.

OF COURSE THERE ARE WITNESSES!!! There always are... some real... others, not so much.
Lest we forget Rosa Lopez, OJ Simpson's maid, swore in court that OJ's Bronco was parked at his home at the time the murder took place, evidence that OJ was Innocent!

NBC to do ‘internal investigation’ on Zimmerman segment By Erik Wemple
NBC told this blog today that it would investigate its handling of a piece on the “Today” show that ham-handedly abridged the conversation between George Zimmerman and a dispatcher in the moments before the death of Trayvon Martin. A statement from NBC:
“We have launched an internal investigation into the editorial process surrounding this particular story.”
Great news right there. As exposed by Fox News and media watchdog site NewsBusters, the “Today” segment took this approach to a key part of the dispatcher call:
Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.
Here’s how the actual conversation went down:
Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.
Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?

Just too funny! I couldn't finish the piece!

So tell me Tbird... Do you consider Newsbusters to be a "media watchdog"?
They are a Conservative site that promotes the Conservative agenda... that's not just my opinion, but also theirs.

So let me get this right Boxy.
You post from Soros owned 'Media Matters' and expect us to take it as truth, but when NewsBusters exposes (and proven to be true) something, it's the 'vast right-wing conspiracy'?
So what do we have here so far? We have ABC that 'might' have doctored up police video, but hasn't been proven (yet) and now we have NBC doing selective editing to make it appear that this guy is racist.
But please continue Boxy...

I find it interesting that Conservatives are actually capable of recognizing bias... but only when it's bias that disagrees with their agenda... never one that agrees.
When I read a lawyer, defending his client, I recognize his view is biased. When I read (or watch)Fox, I feel see it the same way. An article from Media Matters or dailykos is also suspect of being biased.
Much of what is put out by Breitbart isn't just bias... it's factually incorrect, yet it passes as fact here.
When a black man is murdered by a white man... this board calls it Race Baiting, and selective outrage. The response to a black being killed by a white is a kind of justification of killing the black, with a dozen examples of a white being killed by a black... as if somehow that will negate the injustice of both killings.
If a white teen was murdered in Rotterdam by a Zimmerman type white man under the same circumstances and there were no arrests... there would be outrage here. But the only outrage in the Zimmerman killing of Martin... is outrage supporting the killer and portraying him as a victim.
