I'm glad to say I haven't bought a pack of cigarettes in almost a week, trying to quit. The 2nd day I think was the worst especially when I had a ritual of lighting up when getting into my truck or after I eat a meal. I'm still taking a few puffs now and then but hey that's not bad considering I was a pack a day smoker for well over a decade

Henry, Nothing you do may make a bigger difference in your life than quitting smoking. Don,t get discouraged by a slip up... Just keep on until you succeed!
(To support Henry, I will refrain from any anti Ron Paul comments on the board, for as long as you continue quitting, until after the election.)
Best of luck!
