James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas has released a new video exposing just how easy it is to commit voter fraud in Vermont.
The video, a sequel to O'Keefe's "Primary of the Living Dead" in New Hampshire, shows a Veritas agent entering various voting places around the state of Vermont, giving a different name each time. Each time, he is given a ballot without showing an ID, to his disbelief.
In the video, the agent repeatedly requests (but does not take) a Republican primary ballot. As he explained to Breitbart.com: "We wanted to remind viewers this is not a partisan issue. This is a situation wherein anyone -- Republican or Democrat -- can exploit the system."
The new video follows in the wake of a highly-politicized media attack on Mr. O’Keefe after his exposure of voter fraud in New Hampshire. Those videos resulted in calls from the left for O’Keefe’s arrest. However, the videos soon resulted in the New Hampshire State Senate passing a new bill requiring voter ID.
O'Keefe's new video from Vermont could not be more timely, coming the day after the U.S. Department of Justice's civil rights division blocked a Texas photo ID requirement for voters--to the applause of the American Civil Liberties Union, which claimed that the law was “discriminatory” against “Latinos, African-Americans, elderly citizens, and others.”
As the Project Veritas video shows, the current system in Vermont discriminates against actual legal voters, who must face the prospect of disenfranchisement by those who would vote in their stead illegally, or have their votes cancelled out by those voting illegally in place of deceased voters who have yet to be removed from the rolls. If it is not discriminatory for Vermont citizens to be required to show ID to get married or buy alcohol, it is certainly not discriminatory to make them show ID to vote.
“It is a national disgrace that ballots can be given out in the names of dead people,” O’Keefe told Breitbart.com. “Threats of government intimidation will not stop us from protecting the integrity of the ballot box. If any state has a system which encourages ballots to be given out to the wrong person, dead or alive, we will come to your state, we will film your poll workers, and Project Veritas will put the videos on YouTube. States like Vermont and New Hampshire have to take dead people off voter registration forms and clean up their act, once and for all.”
HUH? Breitbart and Okeefe??? Didn't we just watch a whole series of videos from this duo... didn't they turn out to be edited hack pieces and were roundly discredited by just about everyone??? Some people are just gullible and like it that way.

Yep, when you can't dispute the facts, discredit the source. Right on queue
I would love to read a credible source on the subject... or even a political view... but when you're dealing with known and recurring criminals who don't use facts, but instead use video editing to further their agenda... there is little to be learned from the "Breitbart and Okeefe" duo except how to lie well on camera.

I only believe information cited by news organizations owned by General Electric. How could I distrust a news organization whose parent company's CEO is in the Obama administration and company paid no federal income tax.

If a news corp owned by GE or any other news group, were to consistently distort the truth, edit video's to portray the opposite of their actual meaning, and just plain lie... I wouldn't trust them either. All news outlets make mistakes (usually followed by retractions) but most are consistently accurate. The Breitbart Okeefe video's have been consistently inaccurate, bogus, lies, distortions and often illegal.

I hope the "agent" got arrested for commiting fraud and lieing about his name. Maybe instead of stopping this, the dead should get together and form a super pac so their breathless voices could be heard.
I don't spell check! Sorry... If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.

Nothing new -- the nayboobs have been brain dead for years and still are allowed to vote.

As I posted before, Okeefe's video's are always edited to show non existent corruption... not edited for FACTS.
Consider this: One of the more interesting anomalies on the video are the dates. The first subject, "Mohamud" is dated March 9, 2009. The "John Adams" video is dated February 27, 2012, as is "Adam Berger." "Travis Houle" is dated March 8, 2009. "Evan Bean" is March 8, 2009. The date of the Vermont primary was March 7, 2012. None of these videos have that date. The 2009-2010 Vermont elections calendar does not have any elections scheduled for March 8-9, 2009, nor was anything scheduled for February 27, 2012.
Why would anyone believe this crap? Unless of course they prefer BS to FACTS.
Vermont does, however, permit voter registration until five days before the election. In the case of "John Adams" and "Adam Berger", it's possible they were requesting voter registration forms, which they would not need ID to request, but would need ID to submit.
In Vermont, a valid photo ID is required when one registers to vote. Applicants are also required to take the "Voter's Oath", which must be certified by an appropriate official before the registration is valid. Once those requirements are met, the voter's name is entered on the rolls.
While one can indeed register to vote (in most places) without showing an ID via third party, what O'Keefe fails to mention in his video, is that the federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 already requires those who do not register in person to provide ID when voting for the first time at the polling place. In other words, if "Thomas Brady" registers to vote via the registration forms received via O'Keefe's video, he would be required, by federal law, to show an ID the first time he votes in person at the polling place.
IMO, this video was a success... look at how many gullible Conservatives on this board already believe it to be true, and will pound their fist about VOTER FRAUD, when none exists.
