The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Funny, Boner cries like a "woman"... you'd think he'd understand their issues.

The GOP loses this battle in their War on Women:

Oklahoma ‘Personhood’ Proposal Ruled Unconstitutional

The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled Monday that a proposal that would grant “personhood” rights to human
embryos is unconstitutional.
The state’s highest court ruled that a proposed constitutional amendment that would define a fertilized human
egg as a person violates a 1992 U.S. Supreme Court decision and “is clearly unconstitutional.”

And as Conservative Republicans continue to campaign to reelect  Barack Obama with their GOP War ON Women...

A federal court in Texas ruled to stop a new law on Monday that excluded Planned Parenthood from the Texas
Women's Health Program, which serves about 130,000 low-income women in the state. U.S. District Judge Lee
Yeakel ruled that the law was unconstitutional because it bars eight Planned Parenthood clinics that don't
provide abortions from participating in the program based on their affiliation with legally and financially separate
entities that offer abortions.

Strange that all these Conservatives who want a Constitutional Republic, keep passing laws that
are Unconstitutional!

Federal judge stops Texas law on women's health

AUSTIN, Texas — A federal judge on Monday stopped Texas from preventing Planned Parenthood from getting state funds through the Women's Health Program.

U.S. District Judge Lee Yeakel in Austin ruled there is sufficient evidence that a law banning Planned Parenthood from the program is unconstitutional. He imposed an injunction against enforcing it until he can hear full arguments.

The law passed last year by the Republican-controlled Legislature forbids state agencies from providing funds to an organization affiliated with abortion providers. Eight Planned Parenthood clinics that do not provide abortions sued the state. The clinics say the law unconstitutionally restricts their freedom of speech and association.

"The court is particularly influenced by the potential for immediate loss of access to necessary medical services by several thousand Texas women," Yeakel wrote in his ruling. "The record before the court at this juncture reflects uncertainty as to the continued viability of the Texas Women's Health Program."

Texas officials have said that if the state is forced to include Planned Parenthood, they will likely shut down the program that serves basic health care and contraception to 130,000 poor women.

The court's decision comes after the federal government cut off funding to Texas because of the state requirement. Federal officials said the rule violates federal law by restricting women from choosing the qualified medical provider of their choice.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry promised to make up for the lost federal funds. State health officials say maintaining the program was cheaper than allowing it to expire, because ending the program would result in a spike in unplanned pregnancies among poor women who rely on Medicaid, which is also funded by the state.

Yeakel's decision is temporary. A final decision will come after he presides over a full trial. Whatever decision he reaches will likely be appealed.

Appeals court gives Texas reprieve after ruling against Planned Parenthood cut-off

Published May 01, 2012

Associated Press

The Texas attorney general has convinced a federal appeals judge to examine whether the state has a right to deny funding to Planned Parenthood.

Judge Jerry Smith granted the state an emergency stay less than 24 hours after a federal judge in Austin ordered Texas not to enforce a law banning Planned Parenthood from participating in the Women's Health Program.

The order is the latest development in lawsuit over what criteria Texas can impose on a health care provider that participates in state programs for the poor.

Texas lawmakers don't want any state funding to go to clinics affiliated with abortion providers, even if they don't provide abortions and are legally separate from those that do.

Planned Parenthood has sued to stop the law, saying it violates the group's rights.

Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, a Fox News contributor, tea party activist and personal friend of

said in a sermon recently published to YouTube that America’s greatest mistake
was allowing women the right to vote,
adding that back in “the good old days, men knew that
women are crazy and they knew how to deal with them.”

Peterson has a keen understanding of the GOP War On Women... he just isn't supposed to say it in
public.
