El Drugo is NOT AN OPPOSING VIEW!

I seek out an Opposing View... I loved to hear William F Buckley Jr speak.  He actually made sense and his
orations were aimed at Americans with a brain, unlike The Drugged One, who aims at those who don't want to
think, or can't think.

Rush is propaganda...
Buckley was an opposing view.  Sadly there is no one of his caliber in today's media.

Propaganda is a view...you may not consider it rational, but it is a view, you can't be selective.

The crazy drunk mental case,  standing on the corner talking to himself as he drools all over his shirt
also has a view...
IMO, It's about as valid as El Drugo's view.
I disregard both.

That's true, but that wasn't the subject of the piece.  Any one can sue, but to be successful you need to
be meet certain criteria in this type of suit.

"Slander is a type of defamation in which a hurtful statement is spoken. To win a slander lawsuit, a victim
must prove someone made a false statement that was "published" to at least one other person, and that
the statement caused injury.

Public figures must also prove actual malice -- that the statement was made with intentional disregard
for the truth.
In Sandra Fluke's case, she is not a public figure, (a civilian)  lawyers told the Philadelphia Daily
News. Fluke can "definitely" prove Limbaugh made the hurtful comments and "published" them to millions
of listeners.

OK, now tell us what the injury is and specify the damages. Please. Democraps have no idea what political speech means in the context of the first amendment. They want to only use the First Amendment to protect porn and degrading filth. They forget it is for use in political debate, ala' Bill Maher.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I don't want to banish The Drugged One... I just pointed out that IMO:
"It would be a good thing if Rush Loudmouth left public airwaves and hid out on Satellite Paid Radio."

Like horse$hit on public highways, I don't want to ban horses, but horse$hit is horse$hit...
and what El Drugo spews is horse$hit.

I assume in time, people will tire of the smell of Rush's Horse$hit and Advertisers will tire of having their
products associated with Horse$hit... so they will abandon the Horse's A$$.

I could say the same of Olbermann, but he never had ratings to begin with

The ratings seem to impress you... facts? Not so much.

Need I remind you that Adolph Hitler had huge ratings among the people of his day... but comparing Rush
to Hitler is just a little extreme... just a little.

Olbermann doesn't seem to impress anyone..
Go ahead and compare Rush to Hitler, if its good enough for your democratic shills, it should be good enough for you. After all, they compared GWB to Hitler...I guess they're not impressed by facts, either.

The "right-wing nuts"  (I won't insult good, decent TRUE Conservatives by calling Rush or  the nayboobs Conservative)  are good at TALK radio .. because that is all they do .. talk, talk , talk.   However, they are notoriously horrible at actually DOING.

True Conservatives like Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan would be outraged at what Limbaugh said.  TRUE Conservatives don't act like 4th grade school yard bullies .. but right-wing nut nayboobs do.

Some facts mean something... like the fact that Barack Hussein Obama will be reelected in November!

I hope everyone does understand that she NEVER did testify to anything because IT WASN'T A CONGRESSIONAL HEARING...It was Pelosi holding a 'news confrence' under the guise that it was something 'official'.

This issue is just about dead because it's really starting to backfire on them.

Opening statement from Georgetown Law Center student Sandra Fluke
before the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committe on women's health and contraception.
She was blocked from testifying at a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee the previous
week on the 2010 health care law regulation requiring employers and insurers provide contraception
coverage to their employees.
The first panel of that hearing only had men as witnesses.
I wonder why they only had Men testifying on an issue that concerns primarily Women?  And I wonder if
Druggy Rush became so insulting because an woman actually got to testify on the issue?

There's finally a website to defend Rush, and his right, as a free American, to speak his mind without retribution.
