With a terrible feeling of pain and loss we announce the passing of Andrew Breitbart.
Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.
We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.
Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.
Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:
I love my job. I love fighting for what I believe in. I love having fun while doing it. I love reporting stories that the Complex refuses to report. I love fighting back, I love finding allies, and—famously—I enjoy making enemies.
Three years ago, I was mostly a behind-the-scenes guy who linked to stuff on a very popular website. I always wondered what it would be like to enter the public realm to fight for what I believe in. I’ve lost friends, perhaps dozens. But I’ve gained hundreds, thousands—who knows?—of allies. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror, and I sleep very well at night.
Andrew is at rest, yet the happy warrior lives on, in each of us.

When the INSANE are running the ASYLUM In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations and epochs, it is the rule. -- Friedrich Nietzsche

Rather bizarre, 43 years old and natural causes? He wasn't obese, nor did he seem unhealthy. I'm intrigued to see the coroners report.
seriously?.........why does this seem unusual...........a had a friend who died of a brain aneurism..........natural causes............she was 30..........sh*t happens.............when your number is called you have to go....
"Arguing with liberals is like playing chess with a pigeon; no matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock out the pieces, crap on the board, and strut around like it is victorious." - Author Unknown
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
Breitbart was an unmitigated piece of shiat... not because he was a conservative, but because he was a lying sleazebag who profited off ginning up hate, dividing his country, attacking good organizations, and willfully slandering decent people.
You won't catch me playing the "oh so sad...." game. I will restrain myself enough to avoid saying "good riddance," but the things we do in life matter. Rather than pretend that it's classless to acknowledge that fact and offer up insincere crocodile tears, I would simply say that if you want the world to miss you and behave as if your death is a loss, perhaps you should spend your time here doing good things instead of glibly and gleefully climbing into the gutter and acting like it's the cleverest thing in the world.
Why on Earth should Andrew Breitbart get the same send-off as someone who actually used their life in a positive way? To me, that's shiatting on the guy who makes an effort to be a decent person.
WND EXCLUSIVE MICHAEL SAVAGE: WAS BREITBART ASSASSINATED? Media activist recently promised to publish revealing Obama videos Published: 11 hours ago
Noting that the cause of Andrew Breitbart’s unexpected death yesterday was being examined by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, talk-radio host Michael Savage raised the question of whether the conservative media powerhouse – who recently announced he had videos that could politically damage President Obama – was murdered.
On his top-rated show today, Savage played an audio clip of Breitbart telling an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington last month that he had obtained videos that shed light on Obama’s ties to radicals in the early 1980s who helped propel him to the presidency.
“Maybe my overly active imagination kicked into overdrive,” Savage told his listeners of his decision to raise the question. “But you heard what Breitbart said – he has videos … we’re going to vet the president.”........................>>>>.........................>>>>................http://www.wnd.com/2012/03/michael-savage-was-breitbart-assassinated/
Breitbart’s untimely death has shocked the media world and left some to question whether or not damning footage of Obama in his youth, which Breitbart announced he had obtained only last month, will still be released.
According to some observers, the footage threatened to sink Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign.
“I’ve got video from his college days that show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008 – the videos are going to come out,” Breitbart told a crowd during a CPAC speech in February, adding that the video shows Obama meeting “a bunch of silver pony tails” like Bill and Bernardine Dohrn (Weather Underground members), who radicalized him.
"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
