7:13 PM 'Wolf in the Morning' cancelled By: Web Staff CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- The Capital Region will have one less morning show to wake up with, as we learn the PYX 106, Akin’ Up with the Wolf show has been cancelled.
The show's co-host Ellen Bee posted about the cancelation on her Facebook page, stating, "Hey- just wanted to let you know before you hear the news elsewhere- Wolf in the Morning Show has been cancelled. Thank You to so many that stuck with us over the years! We were so lucky to have so many loyal followers! What an amazing ride!"
We did reach out to Clear Channel and did not receive a call back.

WPYX, 106.5 FM, a classic rock station in Albany, New York, is introducing a new morning show. Chris “Quinn” Laursen and Steve Cantara will co-host, as “Quinn and Cantara,” beginning Monday, April 2.
