law does not replace conscience or morality.....it is just a whip for after transgressing....using law to change a person/society's inner most being leads to a paradox.....it continues to scrap out the grey matter so that the shell is left
and really of no use....leading to extermination of the person/society.....

laws dont change people....MAYBE divert them like sheep, but the rest lives with in a person....
