I would like to know why national grid wastes money to send me a pretty little trifold listing

1. comparing the amount of energy I use to the use of my neighbors
2. how they will help me save

I didn't ask,,,I dont care,,,,,your rates will still go up,,,,I have an old house,,,,I work too hard NOT to be comfortable so I WILL turn up my heat

STOP WASTING MONEY....then tell me I use too much energy....WTF!!!! REALLY?????

why do you care? OH WAIT!!! THEY JUST GAVE $$ TO ALBANY TO FIX THEIR DOWNTOWN......

We will use as much gas and electricity as we want and/or need. WHY? Because we work and pay for it!!!!!!!! It's a choice!!

They tried pulling this same bullcrap in the 70's! Look how well that worked out!!! NOT!!!

The EVIL National Grid is giving you some information that's not available elsewhere.  They offer you a chance to compare
similar houses and circumstances in your neighborhood to help you determine if you are possibly paying more than
you should.
Awful.  Terrible.  How dare they!

BTW, national grid lowered  their electric rates  starting in January.  The b@stards!

National Grid didn't lower their rates they were forced to.                                                                                                                                      National Grid users get sharp decrease in electricity rates
Residents' savings will average 11%

By Jonathan D. Epstein

Updated: December 16, 2011, 8:01 AM

National Grid electricity customers got an early -- and big -- holiday present Thursday, courtesy of the state Public Service Commission, which approved sharply lower residential and commercial delivery rates because the utility no longer needs to collect an extra fee.
Regulators approved cutting National Grid's residential electricity delivery bills by an average of 11 percent, while slashing rates for some commercial and industrial customers by as much as 44 percent.

In all, including the supply charge, the total decrease will average 6 percent for residential customers and up to 23 percent for some businesses.

For a typical residential customer using 500 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month, their power delivery costs fall to $46 a month, from $53, while the total bill drops to $74, from $80.do it.

I'm not comparing....NATIONAL GRID IS....and they dont know how each home is built or what kind of 'upgrades' or additions folks do to their home.....that's like saying national grid sees you
naked in the shower.....

IT'S A SCAM.....it's to lower the AMOUNT they have to DELIVER(aka cost of delivery) to a certain geographical area.......it's a joke.....

The government is probably trying to get people to conserve energy and is making National Grid send those fliers out with the bill.
