Someone just called me and told me that there is a Time WArner truck going around rotterdam taking the 'snowflakes' down from the poles. They said that they think they saw them leaving the 'flakes' by the bottom of the poles......for pick up.....they guess.

Does Time Warner put them up and take them down every year?

I saw Rotterdam Department of Public Works trucks taking them down --- maybe the down "borrows" the TW "bucket truck" to assist in taking them down.

and there is no fire truck that has a bucket???
