Thanks to the Statists and Extreme Big Governmentalists like Box and DV and Visitor, we have full public approval for "pro-active" policing methods and training which makes sure not one officer is ever in jeopardy. As the war veteran describes in the video, the rules of engagement are much more lax as far as whamping American Citizens with a knotted plowline goes. If you are in a war zone then you need to be much more careful. As BoxofRox would fully endorse- American Police have full reign to smash retarded adults in the face for "trash talk" against government representatives. I am sure there are some in black uniforms who when watching this video, will rejoice that their training has taken root. THIS is the best example of what the power of OMNIPOTENT GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES MEAN TO ALL AMERICANS. When the police act like this it makes one wonder how they ever passed the psych evaluation. It's unfortunate but things like this happen all over the USA every day. The police should also be informed that the man has the right to film the officer without fear of reprisal as per the court system. (Source: mindseyenews.webs.com) The filming of government officials while on duty is protected by the First Amendment, said the Court
The First Circuit Court of Appeals reached a crucial decision last Friday allowing the public to videotape police officers while they're on the clock.
The decision comes after a string of incidents where individuals have videotaped police officers and were arrested. Police officers across the United States believed citizens didn't have the right to videotape them as they conducted official duties, but issues like police brutality put the issue up for debate.
One instance where a citizen was arrested for videotaping an officer was when Khaliah Fitchette, a law-abiding teenager from New Jersey, boarded a bus in Newark. Two police officers boarded the bus as well to remove a drunken man. Fitchette began taping the police officers because of how they were handling the man, and a police officer instructed her to stop recording them. When Fitchette refused, she was arrested and placed in the back of a cop car for two hours while the officers took her phone to delete the video. Fitchette was then released, but she and her mother then filed suit against the Newark Police Department with the New Jersey chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). |

COPS trump AUTISTIC in the pecking chain of Statists and Extreme Big Governmentalists. They are right above snail darters, and spotted owls but below teachers and illegal aliens by a notch. They are currently sharing the same line as Occupy Protesters depending on primary challenges in the democrapic party next fall. |

How dare you show that video...It could have been doctored. That officer needs his day in count before forming an opinion. How dare you render an opinion about that officers actions. This officers was obviously provoked to use what will surely be deemed "reasonable force" against what appears to be a very combative special needs person.
I think it was Stalin who said: You can't make an omlett without breaking a few eggs. Think of this women as an egg that had to be broken(with a right cross) to maintain order. |
