Honestly, I thought that place was closed a l-o-n-g time ago. Haven't seen any life there in 'at least' one year. And that area isn't so good anymore anyway.

It was closed, but a private owner leased it (or maybe purchased it) a couple years ago ... they were doing pretty well on the weekends, but obviously not well enough. As said in the beginning, the residents dollars can only be stretched among so many places - someone had to suffer. Since the owner had to pay property taxes (when Recovery didn't pay ANY taxest) in the city, they were at the disadvantage
Saturday Night March 31 is the last night for The Last Resort to be open.......M-16 will be playing. I will be there if anyone wants to stop in and chat.
