1100 men are buried at the bottom of Pearl Harbor in the coffin that was the Arizona. 2300 men died there in a testament to unpreparedness and pacifism in the face of evil and aggression. Don't forget. Always prepare for war and be strong so that we may have peace. Never disarm or go weak.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I was a young child when the war broke out....had 3 uncles in service...2 Navy (Air craft carrier and submarine)  1 Army (tank gunner)

they all came home...but one uncle came home with PTSD...in those days that was an unknown subject and there was no help.

He overcame it with a lot ond love and support from family    They are all deceased now...

.remember how my Grandma had the plaque in the window noting how many were in the war and what branch they were serving in.

They were hard days but as a nation we were behind these brave souls 100%.  We learned then at a young age just what war meant

and how to be an American patriot.  and respect for the flag.

Remember this day and the hundred or so that are still living...and so many thousands that died heroically.

God Bless them all.....

I make it a point to thank all veterans that I see, and that includes those in active duty.  They're just not to the point of being considered veterans yet.  I consider then veterans from the moment they decide they are going to sign up and serve.
