We went to Amsterdam about 2:45 - out 890 to Rt 5.  Coming up the other direction, a car was traveling, VERY FAST, in the breakdown lane, followed by at LEAST 12 troopers, state, schenectady, glenville, montgomery county - and probably others.

I can't find anything online about it yet. Has anyone heard anything on the scanners, etc?
