Seriously, does anyone really believe this guy is a real solution and candidate to support....the more he opens his mouth the less I care for him.  He's beginning to act like a real smarmmy used care salesman.

How bad is it????  I think I'd write in DVOR before voting for this guy!

Michele Bachmann...really, really?? Eye candy in the shadown of pailing Pailin.  I would like to think these people really are capable before they spend millions to enter these races. Do they honestly believe they are capable of being President of the US...are they that clueless and self-absorbed?

Yah, DVOR would get my vote before either one of these two....how sad is that!

That's my rant for the day!!

Ya, he's lost my support ... I'm really liking Herman Cain right now - he's got some good ideas, thought out plans and he's not an "insider" - or promoter of universal health care (aka Romneycare or Obamacare)

Confused by his 9-9-9 though. Reading economists that say it is a bad thing....haven't been able to form my own thought though. Cain is leading Romney now in the polls, Perry third and Michele eye candy is at bottom with 2%

The 9-9-9 thing is weird, but I still need time to digest it, I agree.

But so far, even including Obama, he's the ONLY one that's put out a plan that, it seems to me, can work.  He's got business experience, and knows how to balance a budget ... that, for me, is a BIG plus.

MT - that's where I'm at too.

BT - Sorry, but I just don't believe Paul can get support behind him to accomplish half of what he wants and says. He does have some good ideas, but executing them is not a solo activity.  That's a little of what Obama has faced, but not quote the same on all levels.  Don't misunderstand, not condoning Obamaism, but looking to see someone offer me more than what we have.

If Paul gets elected, he will put his own people in.........just like obama did. And if Paul gets elected....it's because THE AMERICAN PEOPLE support him!! The reps would have 'no choice' but to rally around Paul. They are already using some of his ideas once they say the support he has!

Paul makes the rest of the rep candidates look like idiots!

ALOT of president's are groomed......Obama was always groomed......and he would have been in office sooner or later.....president's of either party have a posse'.....the folks that run for office and
quickly get covered by media aren't picked from amongst 'us'.......if that were the case Ron Paul would be up top.....but they fear his mouth....he is not a windup doll......I haven't seen that.....

Perry and the flat tax.......UNFORTUNATELY Perry likes to 'bobble his head'.........remember what a dashboard bobble head does?.......it's head bobbles any which way you drive the car....or atleast
it appears that way, but it ain't gonna help you find your way out of Coldbrook.....bobble bobble bobble.......lost forever

If Paul were to be elected, he would have to face a Republican or a Democrat Congress.  The Republicans have been the party of
NO since the '08 elections... that won't change because Paul is in the White House.  The GOP "hopes he fails" and they will bring the
country to it's knees to make sure Obama fails.
If Obama loses, for the Democrats it will be pay back for the last 4 years of GOP obstruction.  Why would a Democrat side with a
REPUBLICAN Ron Paul when his own Republican party shuns him?

Ron Paul won't be elected... and that's probably a good thing for America.

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Isn't it nice we can intelligently discuss this situation here without intrusion and without the name calling and animosity that some people interject?  Let's try to keep this thread that way. Personally I am appreciating seeing different views and opinions that y'all have. Since I am not sure how I wil vote, all of these comments have value.

No one has to bring this country to it's knees.....it's already there! And we can thank the two party system. The same system that has failed repeatedly for decades. Something we can all agree with.

I personally believe that we can turn this country around and we can do it outside of the corrupt 2 party embedded system. 500 years from now, we will be looked back on as the generation that helped return this country to it's basic roots and return it to the great country that it was created and founded to be.

I will vote for ron paul. He is the ONLY candidate that has a rock solid, common sense plan. It would be disingenuous to vote otherwise.
