Deaths, rapes, destruction of parks and property, a real peaceful protest. No wonder support for this is tanking. Mayor Jennings needs to end this madness before the winter. Next these clueless anarchists will get frostbite and sue the taxpayers. It's time to declare victory and go home to mama.

Another shooting death now at the occupy Oakland encampment, this makes 2 in 1 day. I guess they have to change their slogan to "We our the 98%"

It's an outrage. Now fellow veterans have to march past these smelly anarchists. There is no Constitutional right to sleep and crap up a park. Mayor Jennings should be thrown out of office for failing to enforce the 11pm curfew. Judging from the calls to his radio show his support is tanking as much as the flea baggers. Rochester, Richmond, Chicago have all ended this madness with no violence. Albany and NYC must do the same.

Occupy Update! In Occupy Salt Lake City a man's body was found in Pioneer Park. Occupy Atlanta park has tested positive for tuberculosis. Occupy Burlington has been cleared as police investigate another death. Another death at Occupy Oakland. 3 deaths and a TB outbreak in one day! A very successful protest for coroners and undertakers.

You should be a little more charitable to our veterans... some of which are Occupying Albany... and I doubt they'd
find it very patriotic on Veterans day to be referred to as 'smelly'.

Occupy Wall Street has finally ended. The same must happen in Albany where Mayor Jennings and Sores have allowed 6 smelly flea baggers to destroy public property for long enough. Peacefully remove these flea baggers. The good news is that Albany will have a new Mayor and real DA.

The action is in the reaction-right Boxy?

The scum....rapist and murders and violent behavior seem to feel right at home and accepted by the OCCUPIERS! And although some of the OCCUPIERS have the right to assemble and state their claims, in comparison, the scum didn't feel 'at home' with the tea partiers.

I guess it's the 'free camping', 'pot smoking', 'guitar playing' that is the what makes the OCCUPIERS theatrics more appealing to the scum.

Hell.......tea partiers just wanted less intrusive government and less government spending. BORING!

A New York judge on Tuesday ruled that the Occupy Wall Street protesters — who just hours earlier had been
evicted from their Zuccotti Park encampment — can return to the park, the NY Times reports. A hearing is set for
Tuesday morning at 11:30 ET.

Yup, they can return.

But without tents/tarps/cardboard boxes AND they have to follow all the rules (that means you have to leave when the park closes)

I wonder if this means they'll have to get permits now....You know, like the Tea Party

Zucotti park is privately owned. If the owners want the protesters gone, there is nothing a judge can do... this is only a temporary win for OWS. The owners of the park are about to be sued by residents and local businesses because of the activity in the park.

I hope your not turning into benny, being confused on what the term 'winning' is

Former Marine Tosses Occupy Heckler From Congressman’s Swearing-in

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
