Yeah I know my post wasn't targeting you it was more of a rant, sorry if you think I was bashing you
"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
I'm being very sarcastic with my posts. I'm trying to show how we built up this police state and excused our president's killing of a U.S. Citizen with a military drone, and then we get angry with the police state that we willfully created turns its sights on us. Of course I don't think they should drone our citizens, but when the checks and balances and due process that was put in place to restrain the state has been openly ignored and eliminated by those in power, it makes you ask yourself. Who are they protesting, who do they expect to save them from the power of the state? THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR PHILOSOPHY OF GOVERNMENT ARE THE ONES WHO EMPOWERED THE STATE.
Cicero is easily confused... he has about 3 different agendas going in one post. He wants the Occupy protesters to be droned like Obama did, but not like Bush did in Yemen, and of course, Ron Paul for King.

I blew this argument out of the water weeks ago on another thread. Good try though.
Cicero hates to admit that his campaign against Obama killing an American citizen in Yemen was not the first time this has happened. G Worst Bush targeted a car full of terrorists in Yemen one of which was an American citizen...
The Bushy Drone attack killed US Citizen Kamal Derwish in 2002 in Yemen.
Bush defended the act as acceptable. The Bush administration’s national security adviser, Condoleezza Rice, described the killing as “well within the bounds of accepted practice,” in a television interview. “I can assure you that no constitutional questions are raised here,” added Rice.
Cicero can't seem to get over the fact that Bush set the precedent, and Obama merely followed Bush's lead.

Peter Schiff to the 99%ers "I employ a 150 people, how many do you employ", they were stumbling and mumbling to argue against that.

Now that's hope and change you can believe in. I love when you offer the reference of a twisted and distorted Bush policy to justify Mr. Hope and Change policy. It's GREAT!!!
Just as lethal force under very limited and specific situations is warranted by our police force, so is lethal force justified under few specific conditions overseas. Cicero has no problem with a SWAT team shooting a dangerous criminal when it's warranted, but Cic turns into a sniveling crying pansy when it's on the Federal level and overseas.
I think it's obvious that Cicero only objects to OBAMA authorizing this mission... he has yet to post any objection to Bush authorizing the same mission.

It's obvious this is just another example of box supporting Bush policy. Tax breaks for the rich, drone attacks around the world, huge troop deployment around the world, indefinite detainment at Gitmo, millions in campaign contributions from Wall St...Sounds like I'm talking about Bush right? Guess again. Yup, it's Obama.
Chicago and San Diego cleaned up the flea baggers with no problem. Gutless Jennings should do likewise. There are only 7 of these idiots spending the night anyway. Take back the park and enforce the 11pm curfew. Like you did to the Verizon strikers and every other protest group.
Oct 28, 2011 Report: Fights erupt among Occupy Wall Street protesters By Melanie Eversley, USA TODAY Updated 1h 40m ago
Fights are erupting among Occupy Wall Street protesters, so much so that one corner of Zuccotti Park has emerged where protesters say they won't go for fear of their safety, the New York Daily News is reporting.
Police officers also have been warned of "dangerous instruments" being concealed in cardboard tubing, the News says it has been told by unidentified police sources.
"There is a lot of infighting in the park," a police source told the news organization. "There is one part of the park where they won't even go at night."
Meantime, Ed Mullins, president of the Sergeants Benevolent Association, is warning protesters at Zuccotti Park in Manhattan that he will pursue civil suits against anyone who assaults a union member.
"New York's police officers are working around the clock as the already overburdened economy in New York is being drained by 'occupiers' who intentionally and maliciously instigate needless and violent confrontations with the police," the News reports Mullins said in a statement.
But protesters tell the News they have been the victims of police brutality, not the other way around.
"We have been brutalized and mass-arrested by the NYPD," said protester Jen Waller, 24, of Brooklyn. "They can threaten us all they want. We've got lawyers, too."
Mass crowd? Where that? More reporters than smelly flea baggers. San Diego, Chicago, Atlanta, Oakland have ended this madness. Where is the leadership in this State? Too bad Rudy isn't still Mayor. This would have ended in one day. Only in NY do they protest the biggest industry, job creator and taxpayer. It's like a agri-business protest in Iowa. Jennings needs to start leading and stop half stepping.
Hot time in Oakland last night! Businesses burned, police cars overturned, police attacked, private property destroyed all by the "peacefully" flea baggers. Meanwhile in Albany they continue to destroy a park. But the DEM "leadership" refuses to clear them out and enforce the 10 pm curfew. No wonder the majority has turned against them.
