I've often wondered why some with a twitter account would block access to only those they approve. I mean what's the point. Is there something vile or evil in their communications. I don't know just seems weird to me.

Some folks just make it accessible to family or friends or work folks. They do the same on facebook. Some folks only want to 'share' with the folks that they knoow.

That is why it is called a 'social network'. Besides......there are a lot of weirdos out there!

I use my twitter account for up to the minute news.  What hits the MSM will be on twitter an hour earlier... I really don't care about    posting on twitter, just the latest news.
