You are the MORON --- because the FACT is that NO ONE in Rotterdam Town Government (since they haven't even approved a budget yet)  or Schenectady County Government (which approved a budget with NO TAX INCREASE) has broken the tax cap ---
as for meeting you someday ... you come across as someone in a drug induced fog babbling absurdities -- I have no desire to meet you let alone waste my time talking with you so don't hold your breath waiting for it to happen.

My in laws got one and it was 'mailed'. They said that it says the exact same stuff as when they were running REVITALIZE ROTTERDAM!!! There may be different faces from the last election, but the same old same old names/retreads 'connected' rotterdam politicians.
