A still recovering Hugo Chavez spoke directly about the protestors of “Occupy Wall Street” last night and the crowds erupted in joy.

The South American strongman condemned the repression of the protestors and added, “This movement of popular outrage is expanding to 10 cities and the repression is horrible, I don't know how many are in prison now," Chavez said in comments at a political meeting in his Caracas presidential palace shown on state TV.”

Chavez’s comments spread through the crowd in New York as well as other cities and elated demonstrators cheered. As Chavez's speech from Venezuela was played on electronic devices in the crowd a giant hammer and sickle was hoisted in New York.

Brandt Hayes a 21 year old college student cheered Chavez and told the EP, “See that’s a people’s revolutionary, that’s my leader!

Chants for Chavez spontaneously broke out during and after the speech at cities across the US after he said, "Poverty's growing, the misery is getting worse," he said, referring to the causes of the U.S. protests.

A 22 year old woman who has camped out for 2 weeks in New York and said her name was “Cadre” was also visibly elated to hear Chavez. Cadre added, “if Christians want to pray, let them pray that we have a leader like Hugo Chavez! The future belongs to the people and so do the minds of American children who will one day bask in a workers paradise free from the chains of their brainwashed American parents!

Sunday morning Occupy movements were still abuzz with rebroadcasts of Chavez’s address. Excitement among the crowd of protestors also began to build as word spread that a representative from North Korea was planning to address the group later this week.

I'd say those protesters are dressed pretty well considering that they are protesting to tear down our country and turn it into a country where we will all be poor.

I'm speechless and need to process this!   Although no one should be surprised. This has been coming for a very very long time!

Like the 60's & 70's kids..........they REALLY don't know and you are correct........they just took the bait! It happens in every generation. Just remember....the hippie movement was 'anti establishment/no rules and freedom. Those same hippies are the same ones that have imposed  more rules and have taken away more freedoms then anytime in history.

So just imagine what 'this' generation will do when they 'grow up'? They will just revert back to the time before the hippies. That is how the cycle works.

You can't reinvent the wheel and there really is nothing new under the sun!

I would take a Hippie anyday over conservative thinking and I belong to a VERY straight laced faith tradition.  But I know the meaning of social justice and I know how to dance with the spirit.

("Social Justice" for many Conservatives means "keeping minorities out of their country clubs".)

So what did the Hippie movement accomplish???
Cleaner water...
Cleaner air...
Cleaner work places...
Why would anyone oppose those things??? Why would Conservatives fight those values???
Oh yea... because their factories were the problem, and they paid our politicians a lot of money to keep it that way.

*In the voice of the late Billy Mays*

BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE!

This is probably the most disturbing out of all the links I have.

Although it seems funny at first listening to the drones repeat what 'Dear Activist' is saying, it gets very disturbing near the end when fellow protesters are shouted down when trying to apologize to Civil Rights Hero and Congressional Rep. John Lewis. (D-Ga.)

Clean air, clean water?  The hippies are telling us global warming is going to end the world because of pollution!!!  How did hippies clean the earth, and at the same time give us the "inconvenient truth"?

People are waking up to the sham...Social Justice is a word with no measures.  Social Justice is NEVER attainable, nor do liberals want it attainable.  It is a divisive word that is used to divide people and create envy.  Next time a liberal gives you the social justice line, just ask them for specifics.  The who, the what and the how.(or how much)

Remember the White Shirted NYPD Cops clubbing and MACEing Occupy Wall Street Demonstrators, while other (blue shirted NYPD) had no problem with the peaceful demonstrators???

Wonder who OWNED those NYPD White Shirted Cops???
The "Taxpayers of NY of Course"... NO? Really?

It turns out those white shirted cops who were MACEing and clubbing Occupy Wall Street demonstrators actually were NOT TAXPAYER FUNDED NYPD COPS! They were Wall Street NYPD "Rent A Cops".

They are called the 'Paid Detail Unit'. New York Stock Exchange and Wall Street corporations order up a Patrol of White Shirted NY COPS with a mere phone call.

Wall Street pays an average of $37 an hour for a member of the NYPD, with gun, handcuffs and the ability to arrest. (The officer is indemnified by the taxpayers, not by Wall Street.)
New York City gets a 10 percent administrative fee on top of the $37 per hour paid to the police.

Civil Servants? More like Wall Street Bankers Servants.

They're actually starting to be known as flea-baggers.. and in a few more weeks, the name will fit.

No Cicero, you are confusing Occupy Wall Street with the actual Wall Street TeaBagginBankers.
