there is only ONE fair tax Equally proportioned amoung all. If you must tax the private property of peoples labor then it must be equal say 10 % or whatever percent you decide. All pay the same percent, no loopholes no deductions. Now if I make 1000.00 a year I pay 10 Pecent 100.00 fair enough that way the poor can pay and the rich can pay and the guys on their way from rich to poor can pay, No need for IRS this can be easily managed But of course no... you want rich to pay more , that aint fair fair is fair progressive income tax is not fair

Yeah, that vid really made me see the light.
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I'll bet Hollywood Records and Disney that produce and distribute the Miley Cyrus/Hanna Montana brand are lovin the free exposure. MORE RECORD SALES FOR THEM!!! PROFIT! PROFIT! and MORE PROFIT!!!
"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
Really Henry? If Warren Buffett and (millionaire) Miley Cyrus side with the 99%, maybe the movement is about more than the TeaBagger value, 'self interest'.
Cyrus is taking a big chance siding with the Occupy group... She could make millions on playing it safe... So Why Risk Dollars With This Song??? Maybe she believes that "fairness is more important than dollars"... (I know, I know... Conservative Blasphemy)

She will make money with this song as it is nothing but free publicity, I'm sure her agents and record producers were behind the whole thing, if they didn't want her to do it it wouldn't have happened period.

That would sound great if that song was written about the occupy movement...But the fact is, the song Liberty Walk was released on an album in June of 2010, before the occupy movement was contrived by the communists and socialists. She remixed a song she already released on an album that did very poorly, so they’re probably trying to generate sales.
You should be embarrassed to support such a blatant attempt to mislead people into believing this was written for the people supporting this movement. It's brilliant marketing and business savvy though. Her record label knows the idiots they’re marketing to.
The protesters in the videos should receive royalties for any spike in sales generated from the video. If she TRUELY believed in fairness, she would do that. We'll see.

OK. You mean just like the way Charlton Heston supported the "cold dead fingers from the trigger" NRA, so he could make more money in his movies. Or The way Ted Nugent, Druggy Rush and Chuck Norris, just pretend to support Conservative values, because... just like Cyrus... it's "nothing but free publicity" to further their career.!

That could very well be the case, I don't get sold into something because a movie star or musician endorses it but many people do, that's marketing 101.

That's to damn funny, here is the song from 2010, like you and me said nothing but a marketing gimmick.

Mislead??? My post was a direct quote from the UTube video: ~ " This is Dedicated to the thousands of people who are standing up for what they believe in. Miley Cyrus" ~
None of those words are mine... but, to some posters on this board, everything is misleading. They are so into their own agenda, they no longer recognize facts and see every post as misdirection.

Real big chance, remixing song that didn't even get radio play when it was originally released, and market it to a fringe left wing movement.

DUhhh! I stand by my words.
Remember when the Dixi Chicks took a stand against War Criminal George Worst Bush? It had an impact on their CD sales. (Of course once the rest of the USA caught up with the Dixi Chicks view, it helped their popularity) When a public figure takes a stand, especially a stand that might be considered 'controversial' they RISK alienating their fans.
