Just talk to the folks who live in mass. They HATE the mandated health care and they will tell you that they are going broke. My work deals with many folks in mass and they say that they are worse off now!!! Many will NOT support Mitt!!

And Mitt is a proven flip flopper!! The media's gonna have to work REAL HARD to try to get him elected!!

Of course, the answer is both good and bad.

I know many people who live in Massachusetts... for most of them, who had health insurance, nothing has changed.  For those who     previously had no health insurance, things are much better, and for the taxpayers who used to pay premium dollars for health care delivered at an ER, the price is now the same... the only difference is that the citizens of Massachusetts now have health care.

Occupy Wall Street... OR... The Tea Party?

According to a new poll from Siena College:

~If New Yorkers had to join a contemporary political movement, it would be more likely to be Occupy Wall Street than the Tea Party.

~ 49%t of New York residents say they’d join the protesters on Wall Street
Only 28 percent say they’d become part of the Tea Party.

~Nearly half of voters – including a majority of Democrats, women, those from New York City, African Americans and Latinos, those      55 years of age and older, and those earning more than $50,000 per year – have a favorable view of the Occupy Wall Street movement.
Only Republicans and conservatives have majorities with an unfavorable view, along with a plurality of suburbanites.
Independents are evenly divided.

~Only majorities of Republicans and conservatives view the Tea Party favorably.
A majority of every other demographic group has an unfavorable view of the Tea Party.

Country Joe had a message at Woodstock... an important message especially if you were 18 years old and 1-A.

Your band doesn't represent anyone but themselves... and they are voicing their opinion... just like you and I.

And if the media would show what the Flea Baggers were truly all about instead of making them into some sort of 'goodie goodie' group, it would be like 99-1 against.

How old is this movement? 25 days? The Tea party didn't tank until months after they emerged. And really, the Tea party tanked because it lasted long enough to be vilified by the its detractors and be infiltrated by the social conservative side of the republican party.
The same thing will happen with OWS.... the press won't be involved, but since the movement eventually will need a voice, those factions will help turn public sentiment against it. That, and the fatigue of different interest groups camping out, will cause incidents that will injure innocent bystanders. Once that happens, beginning of game over.

Like it or not Buck, in NY State it is legal to go topless.  It's called FREEDOM.

(Women may go topless in public, providing it is not being used as a business)

So now you get it!!!
When a few Racist lame excuse for a human beings shows up at a TeaBagger rally,
you think it's unfair to characterize the entire group by the actions of a few...
But at Occupy, you forget that lesson.
