the natural things that control the population.....EVERYONE fears it......they are called flu pandemics.....oh,,,but noooooooo,,,,,we continue to give flu shots,,,,antivirus meds etc.....just like that HPV vaccine would take care of population explosions....
there ARE natural choices to population control....
my question is....who/what gets to decide what the population limit is? CHINA?
come on folks.....population control is a look in the other direction to ignore the fear of death.....
just like abortion control comes with the fear of death.......or even the fear of life

One in five American women has received care from a Planned Parenthood health center during her lifetime, and last year three million patients came to one of our more than 800 health centers.
Women are voting for Planned Parenthood... they are voting with their preferred use of PP's facilities.
not really.....they just happen to be there....it's a vote with little competition....and when located in poor neighborhoods it's a 'herd' mentality....and Cicero dont get into the abortion crap of the minorities.....because even the upper class majority have 'herd' mentality only $$ to make it shiny.... or maybe it's the BFF mentality? what ever..... |

It was probably me but I just gave out the facts to the creation and goal of PP not abortion all together, PP was started out as a way to eliminate the minority race and even the most hardened defenders of PP won't argue against that truth. |

An unborn child in the mother's womb is not 'part' of the mother as is her tonsils or appendix or any other part of the mother's body. The unborn child has an entirely different code/dna. The unborn child has it's own dna from conception. Separate from it's vessel. It is murder....plain and simple!

My posts are about abortion in general, not just PP. I offered a historic view of abortion that it isn't just a modern day procedure. Again, the government doesn't fund abortion. Abortion services at PP are privately funded... but many other necessary services are partially govt funded. Cancer screening, birth control, AIDS & STD information and treatment... all necessary services. Necessary to women, not to Conservatives who cut those funds.
No, technically the govt doesn't "fund abortions" ...
Quoted Text
Planned Parenthood has received federal funding since 1970, when President Richard Nixon signed into law the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act, amending the Public Health Service Act. Title X of that law provides funding for family planning services, including contraception and family planning information. The law enjoyed bipartisan support from liberals who saw contraception access as increasing families' control over their lives, and conservatives who saw it as a way to keep people off welfare. Nixon described Title X funding as based on the premise that "no American woman should be denied access to family planning assistance because of her economic condition."[40]
In the 2007–08 Annual Report, clinic income totaled $374.7 million and miscellaneous operating revenues $68.9 million.[41] Approximately two-thirds of the revenue is put towards the provision of health services, while non-medical services such as sex education and public policy work make up another 16%; management expenses, fundraising, and international family planning programs account for most of the rest. Planned Parenthood headquarters on Massachusetts Avenue in Washington, D.C.
Planned Parenthood receives about a third of its money in government grants and contracts (about $360 million in 2009).[42] By law, federal funding cannot be allocated for abortions,[43] but some opponents of abortion have argued that allocating money to Planned Parenthood for the provision of other medical services "frees up" funds to be re-allocated for abortion.[44][45]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planned_ParenthoodThere is no proof, that I've seen, to indicate a DIRECT funding of abortion, but there's $ flowing into them from the govt - there's almost no way to prove that money ISN'T being channeled to the abortion side. Why are we funding them at all? |

Population control...But with dwindling resources, I think all facets of population control should be discussed including "wanted" children.
Scary... |

Bumble That is your opinion. The supreme court of the USA disagrees with that opinion. So do most Americans. |

Jim crow laws were legal at one time too. Then over time, people progressed. Making the killing of unborn babiesmore accessible and promoted through government education isn't progress. It is only progress to the left wing radical sixties generation. That generation is about to exit stage left, and the next generation will be stuck correcting the epic failure that was the counter culture-revolution. |

IMO yes. There is a huge problem of girls (and boys) with insufficient family planning knowledge. (Bristol Palin) Many of these kids are in families who will never discuss anything about birth control or sex with their kids.
PP is an important resource for kids looking for reliable information. Knowledge is power... in this case, the power to make good decisions about their future. Good decisions promote less unwanted pregnancies and less abortion.
People against abortion are also against sex education- |

Unborn babies??? Really? When Cicero eats eggs for breakfast, he's really eating chicken. (we all know it isn't chicken, but Cicero doesn't) Then for lunch he slices up a tomato seed adds some lettuce seeds, and throws in a few cucumber seeds some water and soil and he has a salad. For dinner he eats boar sperm mixed with some sow eggs, and calls it ham. MMM! (Cicero loves his 'ham') He walks on his sand, stone, mortar and water sidewalk. And drives on his stone and wet tar road, to get to his pile of bricks, sand, stone & mortar workplace. And a zygote is a baby! YUP! The baby in the pic below is named Bob! |
